Went there for some tooth extractions. Asked the nurse to please notify me if I needed to get a surgical extraction (as opposed to a normal extraction) beforehand. Nurse agreed and did not notified dentist before extractions. Nurse performed two extractions in total one being a surgical extraction without notification. Afterwards, when I wanted to notify the nurse and file a simple complaint (and leave it at that). The situation began elevated when I was told by another nurse that I would need to "go up front". I told her that I was asked to wait by the previous nurse and that I was waiting for the manager I was told "no, you can do that up front". Even with all of this and even after filing the complaint with the manager and bringing up the nurses attitude ; even with this being a complaint written almost a month later to see if there was any progress with recovery. That spot within my gums have not healed because the dental worker left a shard of tooth in my mouth and covered it with stitching. I am constantly spitting tiny amounts of blood and that extraction spot leaves an irritation if poked too much. Very disappointed with the service and very disappointed in the overall workmanship. Never going to Hamilton again due to this.

Genesee Urgent Care
It is the worst place to visit, I went for a drug test and the receptionist was rude, after that encounter I sat there for 55 min before they called me back; once I was done I forward almost a week and I'm looking for my license I realize the receptionist never gave it back I call them and ask them why have they not called me to come get it and they tell me they DO NOT keep contact information if you just come for a drug test. What kind of health professionals do not keep basic information? What if I needed to come back in the future or god forbid something happened to me while I was there? I will be telling my employer about this place and hopefully that is one contract they will loose

I would give less stars if I could. I saw the man doctor. He has an accent and I was so congested I couldn't hardly understand him. I asked him to repeat himself and he became visibly mad at me and kept asking me questions about medications I took months ago when I was sick 3 months ago. I was confused if he was asking about my symptoms now or 3 months ago. His line of questioning was like an interrogation not even related to my current illness at times. Finally he said, "You took this and this (Z-pack and some asthma medicine) back in April (months ago). I said that's possible I don't remember back then. Then he said, "I can see your whole medication history you know (as if I care!). He said I know everything you took. I said okay. Then he proceeded to talk to me like I was a complete moron and acted like I have no clue about asthma attacks (I have had it since I was 6 months old). I can see where people felt like they were accused of being pill pushers because he was going there with me too I think! An asthma pill pusher? I barely remember to take my singular each night. I'll NEVER EVER go there again. I have never been talked to so poorly before from what is supposed to be a professional. He was very accusatory and unprofessional in his line of questioning.

Very Impressed. Thankful to finally have a doctor I am comfortable talking to. Dr. Didluch was the most down to earth Dr. I have ever dealt with. Laughing and joking but in a professional manner. Thank You.

I have to say that I'm sorely disappointed with this office. I brought my daughter here a week ago for a lingering cough that was diagnosed as asthma. I was given a prescription for a "nebulizer and accessories", but my daughter's insurance company informed me that the prescription was written incorrectly. They promptly faxed it back to the doctor's office and told me they'd be in contact once they received a corrected prescription. Her appointment was Monday the 7th. I called the doctor's office on Thursday after I once again talked to the insurance company, who had yet to receive the corrected prescription, and explained the situation to a very uninterested staff member who simply said that they'd "get back with me". It's now going on 1 week later and I have yet to hear anything back from them. It's very frustrating to spend the time waiting to see a doctor who fills out an incorrect prescription and then the office seems to be content to let it all slip through the cracks. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AT ALL. Here's to hoping they return the latest message that I had to leave. I won't be returning here.

Genesee Urgent Care
I was scared, and experiencing intolerable pain when my girlfriend helped me into this urgent care facility. But in my case, I was accused of being a drug addict and wanting what this doctor called "my fix". I have since been prescribed two weeks worth of vicodin, and was given numerous morphine injections, ct scan, and spinal tap at the hospital. I find it horrid to be called a junkie, and to be told never to come back. This is how you are going to treat your patients with a long history of medical records showing many herniated discs and a twisted spine? You would obviously be able to see that this particular person might have a history of back, neck, and head pain. I would suggest you go to the hospital, you might actually get what you need, as long as that doctor is working at this facility...
Tips & Advices
Under most health insurance plans, urgent care visits will require a copay that is usually less expensive than emergency room visits, but more expensive than standard doctor visits - around $120 on average. Urgent care staff do not have much information regarding individual coverage, so be prepared and check with your insurance provider to understand costs.
It is common for urgent care physicians to recommend follow-up treatment after an initial visit. Most commonly, patients will be asked to return to the clinic or their primary care doctor if symptoms get worse or do not improve in a certain amount of time. Patients might be referred to a specialist for treatment of more complex conditions. Or patients may simply be given a few basic tips for recovering at home. In any case, patients should follow the doctor’s advice regarding next treatment steps.
If needed, urgent care doctors can prescribe medication to treat conditions. This may include antibiotics for an infection or pain medication for a broken bone. Be sure to follow the doctor’s instructions for taking these medicines.
Be sure to explain your symptoms to physicians in as much detail as possible. Note when or where the symptoms first appeared if possible. Inform urgent care staff of any medical conditions you may have, all allergies, and all medications you are currently taking. Also be sure to bring proper forms of identification, and any health insurance cards/information to help process your visit.
You should be able to find a 24-hour urgent care clinic by searching online resources such as Be sure the location is included in your health plan network before visiting.
