I don't understand the negative reviews? I had a GREAT experience. My ice maker stopped working. He took some basic information and we set up an appointment for a house call. Then he asked me to pull out the ice maker and we went through a few trouble shooting steps and fixed it right over the phone - no charge. In this hard scrabble town - it's nice to find a business that will give up cash receipts to help a customer. Major appliance repair centers would NEVER do such a thing.
