Good Neighbor Plumbing Company
This is the most honest and affordable plumbing company in Northern Arizona. Our water heater went out during the winter in Flagstaff, and we were deperate to fix it soon! Every company we called for quotes were determined we would have to replace the whole heater! When we called Good Neighbor, Dennis (owner) was very kind and willing to come out to try and diagnose the problem first and resort to replacing the heater if needed. His price to fix the problem and the price he quoted to replace the heater was very honest and affordable. Every company was quoting high, but Good Neighbor was reasonable and honest in the price they charged. They were fair and trustworthy. I was VERY pleased with the work they did, and felt very confident in using them based on their 25+ years experience and credentials. I would HOPE everyone would use this company for plumbing needs in Northern Arizona. If you choose someone else, you will be wasting your money and time!!! Thank you Good Neighbor!!

Good Neighbor Plumbing Company
This company was the best experience that I have ever had with a plumber. They are a family run company and as a team they were knowledgeable, dependable and very friendly. The work was exceptional and the hot water heater is top of the line. The price for this service was extremely reasonable and their honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air. I would refer this company in need of any plumbing service with a whole hearted....."Hell Yeah!"

Pipe Dreams Plumbing
I had a backed up drain with a house full of company coming. They were able to get to my house within a short time, but I had no idea where the clean out trap was....they helped me search, found it, took care of the problem and the charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
