Cut corners everywhere. Windows leaked water heavily with extensive air infiltration due to improper installation. Rotted window framework (check for damp spots under stone work) and they did not seem to care. My bedrooms were 50 degrees in the winter and 85 in the summer with insulated blinds due to the poor insulation, poor hvac system with duct work that popped like crazy, and poor windows. Over 300 screws popping out of drywall, leaking showerheads, furnace faulty pressure switch replaced multiple times, bowing drywall at multiple places, heavily spalling low quality concrete driveway (was even sealed), garage door that would not open in cold temperatures, and the entire house was tilting/sinking to the middle due to improper soil compaction for foundation. Foundation pillars had to be jacked up due to heavy sinking, and house floors were still not level and tilting towards the middle. Marbles would roll down the hallway and bathrooms by themselves it was so extreme. Entire house was out of square, including most doors and trim work. Also, heavy extensive settling in yard. Some settling is typical, however our experience was extreme. Rushed to get house completed, and it showed in all corners. House might seem nice inside, however beware of what you are actually getting. That cheap hollow block foundation, IKO shingles, low quality grade concrete, 2x4 exterior walls, no housewrap on gable ends, and Simonton single-hung windows are bottom of the barrel builders grade "cheap" materials. These houses are not built to last. They barely pass building code. Not something you can truly call "home".

Roto Rooter Sewer & Septic Tank Cleaning Service
Not a 24/7 service as listed.Says since he is a franchise I don,t have to live up to Roto-rooters advertisement.Very disappointing when someone wastes over an hour trying to contact him. especially when your sewer line is backed up. I feel sorry for his future.

Consistently cut corners to make an extra dime. Difficult to work with. Extremely poor attention to detail from owner and project managers. When we attempted to contact 'Best' to make them aware of the issues, they ignored our calls/emails. Would NOT recommend 'Best' to anyone looking to build a new home. This is the 1st time i have ever felt the need to post a negative review online, but we feel it was earned.

Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ΒΌ-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
