I came to Cape Fear Staffing in 2015 and they were able to find a job for me that I truly enjoyed. I was hired on permanently to one of the companies they placed me in and I loved it. Unfortunately, I left because of school but since I'm now online full-time I needed a job again. I tried applying to different places but never heard anything back. I decided to try Cape Fear Staffing again and no more than a couple of days later they contacted me and I was found a job. They welcomed me with open arms and with joy. I must admit there were times where I was frustrated in the past but I realized that they have a business to run and most of the time they were things that I brought upon myself. I've worked in customer service for a while now and I understand the frustration of being in such a position. I feel like everyone has a different experience here and most aren't happy but I can honestly say these women do their job. I truly feel comfortable with them and proud that I work for them. When my mom was going through things medically they understood and let me take time to take care of her. This is something that I'll always be grateful for. Thank you Cape Fear Staffing for the second chance. Have a blessed day.

I have work with CFS for going on two years. As an employee, I've been treated with respect, honesty and compassion. If you follow their rules and guidelines by listening carefully to their request and policies, you will get far. I've read the reviews thus far of this company -- if you're reading this and reading the other reviews, remember -- these are only a few. There are success stories! CFS has always been more than helpful in finding employment for me -- giving me experience and the strength I need to be a better worker. Granted, the economy is hard and yes, it is difficult to meet the demands of day to day life -- but if you meet their demands and request -- you will be a happy worker. I'd say give CFS a chance and be on point, keep a calm steady mind frame and promote yourself! :D

I was sold on this company from the time I made the call. I was very impressed with their Knowledge and attention to detail. We have rental property in the Hope Mills area and needed to get a move out cleaning on our property. we were unable to be on sight at the time because of other circumstances but the company assured me that they would take care of it and they did just that, I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a honest company with character and integrity that puts quality work first! There are many different types of PIs. The easiest way to differentiate is to break them down into specialties, which include, but are not limited to, background checks (for a potential hiring candidate or investment); civil investigations (gathering evidence for a civil trial); surveillance, (missing person, cheating spouse); insurance and insurance fraud (conning an insurance company); non-insurance related fraud (misrepresentation by a job applicant); corporate investigations (loss or theft of proprietary information); accident reconstructions (to determine cause, location, liability); domestic investigations (divorce, infidelity, drug, sexual or physical abuse); and infidelity and/or cheating spouses.
The best way to find a PI is through a referral. If referral is not an option, begin by researching online  to find PIs in your area. After identifying candidates, check their qualifications such as history, education, and practical experience. Interview the candidate, check affiliations and certifications, and, of course, costs and fees.
In certain instances, PIs can and do work in concert with law enforcement in criminal cases. However, PIs do not have the same authority and, therefore, are limited in the scope of their investigative authority. On the other hand, not being a member of law enforcement allows the PI to work outside some of the strict rules that law enforcement and the legal sector are bound by. Often the PI is working in concert with law enforcement where information sharing is vital to all parties.
It is absolutely legal to hire a private investigator, as long as both parties are operating within the boundaries of the law.
Laws allowing PIs, or any private citizen’s right to carry guns, vary from state to state. Concealed weapons permits are a separate license. Laws on carrying weapons and concealed weapons vary from state to state, so research and understand the laws in your state addressing weapons and concealment.
