I rented from this agency for almost two years. I am a mentally disabled veteran that requires the use of a service animal. The problems started when they tried to charge me a security deposit for my service animal then they tried to get me to sign a breed waiver saying my dog was a certain type ect...both acts highly illegal under the ADA.The icing to the cake was when I complained about a neighbor and the landlord went directly to the person and parroted what I said and that I'm the one that said it. I was assaulted by the neighbor in question and some of my personal property was vandalised. and it came to light the neighbor and the landlord are friends. I was threatened with eviction bc the neighbor assaulted ME and went to jail and I asked them to remove the drunkard neighbor . They further refused to accept my reasonable requests for accommodation on multiple occasions resulting in my having to abandon the property during which they kept my security deposits and tacked on outrageous sums that they claimed were damages. The carpets were old the paint was old and the fixtures were worn. The leasing agents signature is on the move in checklist saying the carpets were not new. They also said they had to haul off some stuff that their tree trimming crews left.... and charged me a couple hundred bucks for it... well they rerented the property and the woodpile that was theirs in the first place is still there after they sent me a charge for it. Frauds....have fun with fayetteville fraud investigations! Well it's sad when an individual has to file a discrimination complaint and file a criminal fraud case with the DA just to be rid of these people due to a circumstance they created out of a personal conflict of intrest. My advice DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Wellness Solutions Counseling, PLLC
It was hard to find a therapist who would listen patiently and yet drop a marker on the relevant moments in the painful and chaotic conversations that l had to unpack. l didn't know where to begin or end with my trouble when l first met Halee Roberts, yet without inserting herself or imposing her own direction she has helped me find perspective--- a ground of understanding my past enough to move forward. She has helped me recognize and affirm what innate ability l have to heal and make better decisions for myself. It has taken time to do this. But even in the early sessions she provided a "take away" reflection or practical action to use as a tool for resolving or living with daily difficulties. Also I feel relief to have found a counselor who is transparent about the process of achieving healing and empowerment. She has a sense of humor that has helped me when l have brought painful or ridiculous matters before her. I appreciate that she doesn't make me feel like an idiot who will never be able to function without her advice and counsel--she is fundamentally respectful of a person's dignity. In general I feel that she has already restored my long lost optimism for my life. If you have all but despaired of counseling as l had, give her a try.

He works with people the best that be can. Allred Properties
We had a really good renting experience with Allred Properties, their maintenance team is always sharp and solve the problems right away!! Now although we are not renting with them any more, Brandie still took time helping me with some "non-renting" related issues, I do really appreciate them! I have and will spread the good words among my friends in nwa area, and hope their business grows fast in the future!

In the four years that Scott Barton was our rental agent; I found him to be honest, straight forward and dependable. Anytime there was a problem that needed to be taken care of; Scott would go to bat with the land owner. I've read some of those negative reviews about his business and I find them totally without merit. If in the future, I was seeking a rental in NW Arkansas Scott would be my first call.

Keating Enterprises Inc
Excellent Custom, Design-Build from ground up. Best "Turn key" Commercial & Residential Bldr & Developer w/ in 500 mi radius. I have had multiple project experiences since 1999. Bill & Richard Keating care about all jobs & will not take on project if quality & schedule isn't one of the clients first priority. All of their subs are excellent in their Field of Trade & Discipline.

Allred Properties
I have been a tenant for 2 years. Their responses were unvarying timely and courteous. A refrigerator that had reached the end of its useful life was promptly replaced with a new one, delivered at my convenience; as was failing laundry equipment a couple of years later. Given a choice of managers, I would elect to live in a Allred property again.

5 star for Allred! They are always friendly and super responsive to emails. The people they hire to do work around the place are fantastic as well-respectful, professional, and discreet. Would highly recommend Allred Properties!!

Allred Properties
They helped my roommate and me find our first apartment in Uptown. He was great! He had a good list of properties that fit our needs and budget, and was helpful when we were trying to make a decision at the end of the afternoon.

The map is incorrect, if it sends you to Greenland. The office is located near the intersection of North College Avenue and North Street. Correct maps are found on Google, Yahoo and Dr. Clemons' web site.
Tips & Advices
Group counseling is when one or more counselors lead a group discussion, usually between five and 15 people. The group may focus on a shared experience or situation, and provide support and encouragement to the other attendees.
Each state defines its own requirements for what licenses and education are needed to be a counselor. It's common for counselors to have a bachelor's degree in psychology or a similar field, as well as a master's degree. After that, counselors should obtain their state license, and can move on to achieving other licenses like the:
  • National Certified Counselor (NCC) license
  • Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) license
  • Master Addictions Counselor (MAC) license
  • Forensic Health Evaluators (FHE) license
  • Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) license
  • Certified Family Therapist (CFT) license
This all depends on the patient's goals and circumstances. Some people are happy with their results after just a few sessions; others continue to meet with their counselors for years. There is no right or wrong length of time to go to counseling.
Anyone can benefit from counseling services. Counseling can help you gain greater insight into yourself; deal with feelings of sadness, worry, depression or anxiety; as well as work out relationship problems, trauma or addiction. Not every type of counseling service works with every person.
Yes. Except in very specific situations, a counselor will never repeat conversations from a counseling session. Situations where information from sessions might be shared include:
  • If the counselor believes the patient might harm him or herself, or someone else.
  • If the counselor wants to get a second opinion on the patient's treatment. If this is the case, the counselor should seek the patient's written permission before consulting another professional.
