Pay 150 dollars for hair cut and tick and flea poison control for 2 dogs and it was apply to just one dog. Just lost a good customer.

Worlds Under Water
At first, this shop looked pretty clean and the staff somewhat knowledgeable and friendly. On second, they sold me a diseased pleco. I could understand if I bought 20. They slip through. I bought one. He didn't even take the time to inspect the fish for me. Needless to say, I trusted that this place was responsible like a fool and merely acclimated the fish rather than quarantine it and it destroyed my tank. Evidently, they don't do that either. He said he got this one locally. Day 2 fish are hiding. Day 3 Fish aren't eating. Day 4 pleco dies. I put the pleco in a bowl with aquarium water just in case he wasn't dead although I was sure he was. About 10 minutes later, I go check on him and there were literally hundreds of parasites both at the bottom of the bowl and swimming that had dropped off of his lifeless body. Days 5-8 long, hard, stressful tank maintenance, medications, and tons of money spent by consultation of a local fish consultant. All four got ick, velvet, and fin rot. My two fancies ended up with essentially no fins. One acquired swim bladder disease and floated around for 2-3 days before he finally died. I have lost all but the one who is struggling and soon to die also. I've had these fish for 3 yrs. Raised them from babies. They greeted me, ate out of my hand, and one even let me hold him in the water. These were my beloved pets and they were infested and killed by this one pleco that Brandon (who should know better than to sell an obviously heavily diseased fish as the owner of fish store) at World Under Water. Do not buy from them if you don't quarantine for over a month. The owner, Brandon, will accept no responsibility and will also blame it on you as he laughs at your anguish.

I took my pet in for her scheduled appointment. They could not find my appointment. Whoever I spoke with earlier then not write the appointment down. This is the second time they have not been able to find my appointment. They need to hire or train their people better. Do not plan to return. Too unprofessional.

Do NOT take your pet to the grooming center at this Pet Smart. I took my puppy in and am more than upset with the result. She is now terrified of baths, when she wasn't beforehand. They also quicked 2 of her nails. They are very unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your money or time

Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
