Plumb Wright Plumbing Inc
Marc & his team are the only plumbers you should ever call. I can never express how truly grateful I am for his service. My husband & I bought our dream house only to have nightmare scenarios start happening within a month of living there. The hot water heater quit working. I don't mean that the pilot light went out & had to be relit, I mean that all possible parts had to be replaced & eventually the entire unit. Marc went above & beyond for my family. If you have ever been with out hot water for any extended period of time it really begins to take a toll on your life. I was an unhappy girl...I was cold, dirty, stressed. Marc is truly the reason anyone survived the situation. He would call me after working hours or on the weekend to give us updates. He waited at my house when status lights were just going haywire to make sure the issues were resolved. After he eventually replaced the entire hot water heater he would still check up with us. Marc took care of us every step of the way & he will be the only plumber I ever use. I highly recommend him & the PlumbRight team.

Hansen Plumbing
Hansen Plumbing replaced our water pipe from the well to the house. This was 820ft. of ditch with 175ft. elevation change. They dug the ditch, cut and patched the concrete garage floor, layed the new pipe and wires, hooked up the necessary valves, etc. and closed the ditch in about one week. The variety of skills required ranged from master plumber to heavy equipment operator and John was skilled at all aspects. He worked through dense forest, steep terrain, soggy ground and venomous snakes. They were here on time every day and worked hard and efficiently. The huge job was finished in about a week with skill and professionalism. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future. This job cost over $14k total, but it ended up well done because we used the right team, Hansen Plumbing.

Town & Country Plumbing
I have a 17 year old tiny house on wheels. My hot water heater started leaking. The dispatcher and technicians were prompt to return my calls and arrange a service visit. The two technicians were courteous, professional and well supplied. They wore booties at all times to protect my flooring, answered my questions in a way that I could easily understand. They worked with me from start to finish to make the stressful experience go as smoothly as possible, and ended the visit by showing me their work and explaining the valves, parts, etc. I recommend this company to everyone.

We had our main water line break. They patched it, then a year later it broke. I don't blame them for this. We had them replace the whole line, which they did. What is unacceptable is that they destroyed our yard. I had a rubber mat that they used which is now mostly burried in the yard. They left drinks, pizza trash, and even socks in our yard. They are pushy about getting their money when they did not let us know when they would be out. They are unprofessional and I would not reccomend them.

Hansen Plumbing
Do not use this service. They quoted to do the job for less, but wasn't worth it in the end. They arrived late (I'm barely out of city limits), did not have all the materials needed for the job (had to use some of mine, ruining one of them), was rude to his workers, and was rude to me right after getting paid. The bad Yelp review was hidden, but I wish I would have checked it.www.yelp.com/biz/hansen-plumbing-fayetteville-2

True Flow Plumbing
My husband and I has 90% of our plumbing replaced about a year ago. We didn't know Jason at the time, but wish we had and most certainly would have used him. He's done work for us a few times since we moved in and would highly recommend him. He's very professional, responsive, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I have used Hansen Plumbing several times from septic work to simple clogs. I own multiple rental properties in Fayetteville and Mr Hansen is always there when he says and is the best price around. I would strongly recommend Hansen Plumbing to anyone.

Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ΒΌ-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
