If you need help filing bankruptcy or a lawsuit against TCPA Robo Calls, I would highly recommend the Hertzberg Law Firm. Todd and his team handled the unique needs of our case with the utmost in efficiency, professionalism and attention to details. The Hertzberg Law Firm carefully guided my wife & I through the process and we are very satisfied with the results, Big thanks to Todd and his team!
EXTRA MONEY! Not only did Mr. Hertzberg handle our case in a swift and professional manner, he brought to our attention the very common illegal "robo-calls" that bill collectors use to harass you. If a collector calls you with an automated recording, take a screen shot to keep a log of each one. These businesses will most likely pay the lawsuit rather than go to court over a process they can't defend. Todd can normally get between $500-1,000 per call! We took advantage of this and got our extra money by just taking a second to screen shot each call! We highly recommend Mr. Hertzberg!
Very helpful, explained everything to me and all my options along with realistic expectations of what I was facing. I would recommend to anybody.
I had preliminary consultations with 8 different bankruptcy attorneys before I chose Todd Hertzberg to represent me for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I chose him because of his wealth of knowledge, his education and qualifications, and his willingness to answer my many questions and explain to me the intricate details of the bankruptcy process. I was most certainly not disappointed!
Thanks to his willingness to cooperate and discuss options with me, my bankruptcy went more smoothly than I ever could have imagined possible. I was a very high maintenance client, but not once did Mr. Hertzberg disregard my concerns or delay his responses to me.
I cannot recommend Todd Hertzberg more highly, and would recommend him to anyone in Northwest Arkansas who needs assistance with a bankruptcy filing.
Do not use this lawyer. He gave me false information in regards to whether or not debt with the department of finance was declarable in bankruptcy. He told me that the debt was covered without looking in to the matter (that he knew nothing about) and as a result I had to pay out 5,000 dollars in garnished tax refund checks for the next 4 years. If I had waited just 6 months before declaring, the debt would have been covered. He refused to take ownership of the mistake he made (and acknowledged he made). Though it was an extremely difficult process overall dealing with this issue, I am not faulting him so much on making a mistake as much as refusing to take ownership. There are plenty of other bankruptcy attorneys in Fayetteville. Pick another one.
