Impressive Auto Service
I had a 10+ year relationship with the owner Daryl. He was the only one I had work on my cars. Last time I went they forgot their roots I believe. I will never return to Impressive Auto. I had them work on my 1966 Mercury Comet. When I got it back it took two hours to clean. They broke the dome light. They charged me to fix a wiring issue with the wipers. They did not fix , they made it worse. Daryl was suppose to order parts for me and get back with me and have them installed. It has been a year now. No phone call or nothing I assume he did not order them. That is hardly Impressive customer service. I will never return.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership straight ripped off a US MILITARY VETERAN! Save yourself all the headache in the world. This dealership sold me a $29,000 Truck that has a shot transmission in it. $4500 MINIMUM I NEED FOR A RE-MANUFACTURED TRANSMISSION. They cleared the codes for the transmission for a sale. It has been 30 days since I bought this truck and have NOT even received the title and they refuse to give me another temporary tag. I flew from Virginia to Missouri to purchase the truck. I flew out, as a military veteran, flying with my SERVICE DOG to pick this vehicle up. I texted the sales Manager "Landen" as my only fear was that they wouldn't take care of the truck if something serious come up with it. Well, 30 miles down the road, it did. The AC Compressor was already shot and caused problems just minutes after leaving. I offered to go back, Landen texted and called while we waiting in St. Louis for an answer. He said he didn't have an answer but that they would make it right. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TRUCK RIGHT BACK! The transmission was acting up at the same time as the ac compressor. Days later, back in Virginia, the transmission slipped in and out of gears and screams as the RPM's climb. I have had the transmission diagnosed by Dodge and many other transmission and diesel shops to find the problem. I was assured by Landen that the truck was owned by a kid and it was lightly used. twenty some days later, Chris, the GM, said Landen couldn't have been more wrong! Chris let me know it was used a towing truck. I clearly told Landen I didn't want a diesel truck that was used a towing truck, which has been put on paper by all shops as the culprit for causing the transmission to go and throw check engine light codes before the purchase. FARMINGTON AUTO PLAZA does not inspect their vehicles, change the oil and do whatever takes for dress up accessories to cover up flaws in the vehicle. They put a 6" lift on this truck, thus VOIDING any chance to get an after market warranty on this truck. After 30 days, I have yet to see the title. They have given me the middle finger on any help and ALAN has hung up on me many times there now trying to even get a temporary tag. CON ARTISTS are the only thing that work and sell at this dealership. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY. They don't even do the right thing when I have texts from their sales manager that state they will. A US Marine Veteran flying to them with a service animal and they completely ripped me off! Doesn't matter who you are, they'll give you the middle finger as well. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

waited for days to find out about financing on a 3900 car. They never called me, I had to call them, the finance guy was always "running errands". Finally had the salesman relay a message that a $2500 downpayment was needed. On a $3900 car. Seriously?? If had that, I'd have a car not asking for financing. However, if I want to go for a "nicer" car, we could probably get you financed. Bait and switch? Hmmm. No communication. Bad customer service. The worst.

Ron Jarrell Automotive
I live about 60 miles north of Farmington. While working down there my van felt like it was about to break down. Stopped in Ron's and him and his employee got under it and checked everything out. He said he was booked for a few days and really wouldn't have the time to do it. He told me how to get it home safely in 3rd and didn't charge me a dime. His employee even took me up to Burger King to grab lunch. Very knowledgable and honest mechanic!

★☆☆☆☆ Warning!!!! Warning!!!! Warning!!!! Owner and son do not disclose defects in their vehicles! Bought a Dodge Ram Diesel last month. Was told by salesman (son) that the fix would cost about $200.00. We took it to a reputable Dodge dealership where we learned that the thing needed a new engine! Contacted owner to see if we could bring it back and was told "NO"! Would not even allow a trade for another vehicle!!!! These people will tell you anything to make a sale! My rating? FFFFFF-! Do business with these liars at your own risk!!!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
