I getting unwanted emails. Might be spam. cathyam**aim.com. I am not a volunteer with petsmart. I do not work for petsmat so asking to cover for someone shift a problem. I Live 2,739 miles from this petsmart. Im not sure if this is the right store if this is not spam.To all store volunteers:If you notice a cat is sick during your shift, whether it is sneezing, eye discharge, diarrhea, vomiting, lethargic, etc. please call Jayme or me *during* your shift. You can use PetSmart's phone if you don't have a cell phone. Our phone numbers are located inside the brown cabinet, hanging on the door. We will make arrangements to return the cat to foster for treatment.Don't wait until your email shift report to mention that a cat has a health issue. Yahoo isn't always reliable. It is great most times, but occasionally an email can take a couple of hours to come through to the group.Jayme's number is 215 888 0**0My number is 215 801 6**2Remember, there is no such thing as a silly question; I'd rather you call if you aren't sure.Cathy.used** to replace email and phone number

I went to Pets Plus so I could pick up some food form my dog and noticed they have a huge supply of dog handling and training books. One of the great employees there helped me understand how dogs tell owners what they need by their actions and he gave me some great tips on training my dog. I recommend people go there who are new to owning any kind of pet because the people at Pets Plus know what they are talking about.

Go to Pets Plus for all of your pet supplies and needs. There are actual employees here who know what their doing and can help answer questions for you. So if you don't know what kind of food to get your cat(like me) they will be happy to help you out! The store hours are also great. I can stop by after work because they don't close until 9. Check it out!

I really needed a training manual for my new dog. I went to Pets Plus and they gave me some great advice on how to handle my dog and understand what he is trying to tell me by his actions. One of the employees was very helpful and he gave me a couple books to read. They really know a lot of stuff.

This is a great store. The staff did a great job asking me if I needed help and assisting me when I actually needed it. The shelves were fully stocked and the cashiers seemed happy to be working there. Overall, I would shop here again when I run out of my pet supplies.

Great customer service would sum up my experience at Pets Plus. The cashier was very friendly to me and each employee stopped to ask me if I had any questions. I really appreciate that kind of thing in a store and I'm sure other people do as well.

This pet store definitely deserves a great rating. Every time I go in there the employees are all smiles and so are the puppies! It is clear that they take good care of the animals they sell. I would recommend anyone to shop here.

Their training classes are great. Devin is the best. Wish they carried Verus dog food and didn't stop stocking Zupreem timothy pellets, but I'm not gonna switch my 9 year old bunny's food on her now.

The employees here know about animals and don't try to force you to buy anything. I always hated that about retail stores. They make sure you get exactly what you need.
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
