I purchased my first car here. Sam my sales person was full of knowledge about the different models of Accord. Finance was awesome they worked with Sam in finding a model of Accord that fit in my budget and had the important features I desired in my 2012. They made the whole process comfortable and answered every one of my questions fully. I didn't feel overwhelmed or even as a woman taken. I researched carefully the price for my vehicle I wanted and found they offered the best deal in price and finance rate for the DC metro area. I have since had 3 oil changes in there service department and currently use Keith Derrickson as my advisor. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him! He is complete, follows up after I leave to concerns I have raised during my visits. I would highly recommend this dealership both in sales and service to anyone looking for a great deal, or having your vehicle serviced with a worry free feeling. I have also purchased accessories for my Accord from the parts department, and they seem to have a great inventory of parts and accessories. If they don't have it in stock Jim the parts manager and his staff goes above and beyond to locate the part fast where you can get it the same day or the next day if you need it in a rush.

I've started taking my car to Mark over the past year. Repairs are always prompt, professional and less than a trip to the dealer. I've found Mark to be thoroughly professional when dealing with my car. He hasn't tried to scare me into any unneeded repairs, much like the dealer. He tells me what I need now, and what I'll need down the road. He doesn't try to jam it down my throat, like the scare tactics used by the dealer. I'm thoroughly happy with the service and will keep bringing my car here for many years to come.

A great facility for buying first class quality new & used Subaru cars on city Fairfax Blvd. Also available are low price and good quality auto parts and repair services. I replaced my oil tank pump with Subaru’s and haven't had any problems of stalling car ever since. However, I did have a problem when I blew my tire while on a long drive. I came here to fix it but they seemed less interested and spent a lot of time chatting then fixing the tire. I am looking to more professionalism in their services

I've been coming to this garage for a while now and the service has never been anything but excellent. Unlike the dealership, they don't tell you that your car needs a bunch of repairs or the wheels will fall off. The quality of work is superior to most shops and the warm and fuzzy feeling when you leave is priceless. I know that when I pick my car up the work is done to the highest standards and I don't have to worry about "did they fix it right" ?Small shop, long on quality.

Liberty Auto Service
A great place offering top quality auto service and cheap gas on Fairfax Blvd. I went there for auto service. Hardworking staff took great care and removed all the problems. It is a well maintained place. Plus they charge very reasonable. The only problem was with their slow service. I only wanted a simple oil change and the guy took half an hour. I hope that doesn’t happen again.

Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
