I just had the worse experience with management. I was living there a year never missed a payment, abide by all the strict rules of no noise after 10pm, no pets allowed, etc. When I decided to move after buying my house, Kristina, one of the staff told you I needed to pay the last month of my lease ending, and whatever day I move out I'll be pro-rated for the remaining days. I decided to move out the 8th, paid the full amount of $770 and received nothing back. She denied everything and I loss more than $500. They are all liars, uncaring and money hungry. They don't care anout their residents wellbeing and it's all about finding the best way to scam you for more money. This is the worse apartment ever. I've lived in two other apartments in the past and always got prorated and never was required to professionally clean the carpet. I would take this to a small claims court but I know they will continue to lie and I have no record to prove it. This sucks. My advice to you is keep records of everything and ne ready to get nothing back from your $400 security deposit.
I do not recommend this apartment complex. Leslie, the office manager is very rude and unfriendly. She is bad for business reputation. Very cold and uncaring.Office does not return phone messages for problems. Bugs are a big problem here. Twice now in under a year. The way neighbors leave food, garbage, and even dirty diapers in parking lot makes you feel like you are living in section 8 housing for low income.Your apartment problems are your problem. No help from office. They are nice to you until you sign lease and move in, then you are on your own. Now they are rude and unhelpful.One employee tells you one thing and another employee tells you something else. Not helpful at all.Loud music, floor thumping, and people bouncing on the floors playing/dancing to video games makes for constant noise - day and night. Complaining about noise does nothing.Door locks uneven, bedroom doors don't shut, carpet padding uneven in living room. Poor insulation - you hear every toilet flush, cough and even conversations from your neighbors.I do not recommend this complex to anyone.
Management is awful! Apartments are way over priced, and maintenance is useless. We have lived here for four years, and when we first moved in it was decent. However, since new management has taken over the price has sky rocketed, they will over charge you for everything and they are totally incompetent. Being a professional in the community and a loyal renter for four years they have charged us late fees and stiffed us on our safety deposit. There are no amenities, the pool is never open, and the renters have gone down hill. I seriously have safety issues with raising my kid here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved in here under the other manager, Tess and it was a GREAT place to live. Maintenance was done in an efficient and timely manner. Office staff was friendly and cared. Now the new manager, Leslie, is HORRIBLE! She don't care about anyone but herself, she is RUDE and she LIES! She always thinks she is right even when I know she is wrong and have proved to her that she is wrong, then she says "Oh well." There is never anyone in the office and when I call the office, no one answers or returns my call. There is no parking. They charged me for a water for over a year and never installed a water meter in my apartment.The grounds look like crap.This place has gone down hill and FAST in just a matter of months!
