Worst experience ever getting direct tv hooked up. Previous equipment was already available on site location and the company was not prepared for install service at all. After wasting 5 hours they (2 technicians) stated that they needed to come back the next day because they had no programming equipment along. ****The entire plan for the 1st day was to put a heat lamp outside on the frozen permafrost ground to melt an area where a post could be installed! Omg!! A heat lamp to unthaw frozen ground.... the tech stated it would've took like a week to unthaw the ground. Day2) Microcom technician shows up and requires so much assistance during the install I felt I was an employee being trained by an incompetent technician. After 4 hours of struggling and observing the techs difficulties with progress I felt I was in need of someone more qualified. Now it will be a 3rd day wasted on my time with no compensation. How can a company expect a person who works to miss 3 days of work for an install job that should have only taken 1/2 day or less with a professional installation crew. Because of this company I have been forced to miss 3 days of work with no compensation. For your own personal financial concerns please request a different install service company. There are other choices available. Choose wisely!!
This is the worst place to get work done at, you will be waiting for hours for a simple tire rotation.
Beware dont ever go here. Please stay away. Rude rude rude. Love to scam money out of people. Stay away. Heres ur warning.
Buyer Beware. Sales folks tell you tires are warrentied but you find our pretty fast when you have the tread peel off the tire, that you had Dry rot, or you must have hit something to make the tread seperate, or if that does not appease you, then you need to prove to them the tread seperated by a defect. What a joke. Buy your tires but do not expect them to help with warrenties. I will buy from a reputable dealer.
Always treated fair and get job right the first time.
- Move your car to a safe location.
- Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
- Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
- Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
- Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
