Creekside Cellars is a unique experience that is only a short drive from the Denver area. Set on the main street of Evergreen, this combination winery/bistro is charming and fun.

You have the option of ordering a glass, flight or wine tasting. If you are there to taste wine, I recommend ordering a at least a flight to get the most out of your tasting experience. All of the wines were good, but I really liked the Syrah.

We had a couple of appetizers rather than a full meal. The food was delicious. One favorite seemed to be their red pepper soup.

The staff were friendly and informative. We were lucky enough to be there on a day they were crushing grapes, so we got an inside look into how the winery operates.

I recommend you try this out of the way treat.

The wine at Creekside Cellars is outstanding. And what a delicious lunch! They bake bread for their panini sandwiches daily and have a great selection, as well as daily specials. The deck seating by the creek is beautiful and the service was very good. We received a tour of the winery and the cellar. It is a great way spend an afternoon - wine, great food, and wonderful scenery.

  • Great food, great wine, little cold

We found their wine at Cool River and just had to go for a tasting. When we discovered they also served food, it made for a wonderful lunch! I had the special - grilled shrimp and vegetable salad with a tangarine balsamic dressing. The food was well made and well presented. The dining area was cold due to the location of the door, but we had a good time. The wine was very good and we bought a case to take home!
