The place has a small play area for children. Yet, the two times I was there, I had to wait about 2 hours for my son to be seen for the 5 minutes cleaning. 2 hours!!!!! The registration staff wasn't there when signed in last time, she was off visiting a friend that walked in. The excuse was "We forgot about you and didn't see you sign in." Yet, the first time we had to wait 2 hours for the first check-up. Every time I go in I have to sign different forms to make sure I still have the same insurance. I swear at least 15 pages want your insurance information and every top of the page. I kept telling them we still had Toyota health insurance. Yet, I guess I have to fill out all forms again and again. Other dentist offices do not have you do that, only once do you have to fill out a form and just tell them "Nothing has changed." This place LOVES the paperwork. And most dentists offices do not have you wait 2 hours to be seen from the time you made an appointment. Also, both times I have been there, when I asked how many more teeth should my son have (he is 2 years old). The dental assistant had to tell me because the Asian woman dentist didn't want to look in his mouth again. Of course, my son did bite the dentist but it wasn't hard, didn't draw blood and yet she didn't want to answer any the question. Also, it was a BIG DEAL because I refused xrays for him at such a young age (he is 2 years old). I read medical journals too and I don't think toddlers should have xrays yet. However, the dentists couldn't really see if he had any cavities unless by xrays. How did they do it before xrays? Guess the patient had a cavity? Now I can understand why dentists earned a bad named bc they depend on technology so much just to do their job. That is ridiculous---they SHOULD be educated enough not to rely so heavy on technology. I will continue to refuse Xrays until he is at least 5 years old. Sorry dentists....my child NOT YOURS.

He’s a soldier’s soldier. I went through at least four or five other attorneys on the same case before finding Steve. He’s very professional. Being a soldier and having been in the military, I find his integrity is unmatched. Regardless of the situation, he’s honest and expects the same. Steve will fight for you. He cared about my kids' safety as though they were his. The best thing about working with the firm was their Integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Steve presents the facts and presents them well. He’s well-prepared and always organized. He’s a well-seasoned attorney, yet he’s still prepared. He doesn't take things for granted and just show up for court. He fights for me and for what’s right. He literally protected my daughter. It wasn’t about the money. He was passionate and did his own investigation. He even listened to my daughter, who was only nine. He didn’t just want to hear it from me. He wanted to hear it from my child also.

I can’t say enough about Laura. I was impressed that she was so honest about the fees and also that she showed so much interest and concern about my situation. She poured her whole heart and soul into helping me. If I ever need another attorney she will be the one I call and everywhere I go I tell people about her. She’s restored my faith in attorneys. She’s so integral, I just can’t say enough about her. I’m just that impressed with her. She was very understanding, very encouraging and committed to putting me at ease. It felt very comfortable talking with her. I felt like she understood. She was there to help me 150% and it was very comforting and empowering. She kept saying “you can do this, you can do this and you’ll be proud of yourself." As a result of her advice I was awarded everything except for water damages due to a leak. I was absolutely floored and I owe it all to her.

My first visit I was very sceptical because we waited almost 45 minutes before our appointment time and the front office staff had no friendly personality what so ever. I was even able to go back with my daughter to get her fillings because she was so nervous. My last visit I wasn't sure at first if I would return because they would not let me go back this time with my son that was very nervous and starting to cry. The staff told me that I needed to stay out in the lobby with my 7 year old that was just getting a cleaning. Needless to say I stayed out in the lobby and she was never called back until after my son returned to the lobby and we waited an hour before she was called back for her appointment. The dentist did come out and talk to me about my son being very nervous at first but he was an excellent patient and did very well. Had that not happened we would not return.

My almost 4 year old was super excited to go to the dentist. Loved being able to play while he waited. The registration staff was very nice...(which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1)BUT when we went back for the check up, they did X-rays first, which seemed to be a struggle for my son. After that, he did not want to finish the visit, he was very on edge and the staff did not seem to help calm him down. They just went on with the cleaning and exam while he was screaming and having to be physically held down. I was NOT IMPRESSED!!!I don't know if I can talk him in to going again to get his cavities fixed, now that they were not helpful to me and my screaming son!

My experience was very positive. Not just Steve but the entire staff was extremely professional. I’ve recommended him several times and think very highly of Steve. I like how he looks at things from my perspective, the judge’s perspective, and the opposing party’s perspective. He sees things in a three-dimensional view. Steve is not just a good lawyer, he’s a good man. It shows through his counsel.I was going through a divorce and had been married almost 16 years. Divorce isn’t always pretty. Steve was really good at getting me through it with his counsel and advice. Things worked out really good. I can’t say that there’s an avenue where he steered me wrong.

This was the first time I brought my 3 year old grandson to the dentist and overall it was a wonderful experience. My grandson loves playing on the playground, and the girls behind the counter were wonderful with him and myself to make us comfortable before we got back for his cleaning. When Jackie called us back she was very informative about what he was going to get done. Jessica did a wonderful job with my grandson cleaning his teeth. Dr. Clevidence was outstanding very kind and gentle with him and explained everything to me as he was checking his teeth. I would highly recommend bringing your kids to Kool smiles.

Aspen Dental
Jodi the hygienist and the dentist, forgot her name, was wonderful. The office manager Megan refused to let me get any treatment done because my insurance company was closed for the day. That really makes a lot of sense They tried so hard to help me, management is what's wrong with that place. Every other dentist in the entire universe bills your insurance and then you're left with the remainder. I have never heard of coming up with $500 upfront to get myself treated for what I know is covered. Well I will take my good insurance to a local dentist and Aspen will get none of my money!

My overall experience today was a 5 star rating! I am very impressed by the staff, especially Dr. Clevidence and his dental assistant, Tahnee. They treated me in a fast, efficient manner but were also very personable, made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Dr. Clevidence was able to diagnose my problem and treat it immediately and actually saved me from having a molar extracted that, unbeknownst to me, could be saved!! Thank you KS for getting me in today in a very fast, flexible manner and thank you again Dr. Clevidence and Tahnee! I will return with the rest of my family!!

Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
