In my opinion Dr. Rydz is the most non-holistic, arrogant, self-righteous, mean-spirited, prejudiced, non-empathetic doctor I have ever met. He recommended two additional months in a nursing home for treatment of my wife's serious pressure wound. I explained seven ways my wife's overall condition was deteriorating in the nursing home. My fear was that two additional months in a nursing home would make her so weak and sick that I couldn't take care of her.I successfully met all of Dr. Rydz’s objections to my wife leaving the nursing home Dr. Rydz's FNP told me: "We are technicians. We are only interested in the wound, not your wife’s other health issues.”The nursing home's hospitalist arranged for my wife's discharge from the nursing home. In a fit of arrogant, self-righteous, mean-spirited pique, Dr. Rydz denounced me to the county adult protection services agency for elder abuse/neglect because I wouldn’t leave my wife in the nursing home for another two months.

On 05.10.17 I had to take my wife to St Joseph ER for extreme difficulty in her breathing. I got my wife to the ER at about 2330 Hrs. Due to her difficulty breathing she was taken directly to a room. The ER doctor Diana Yandell showed up within the first fifteen minutes. She examined her for about 90 seconds. When I attempted to give her some history about my wife and her condition I was shut down in short order. My wife has some very complex medical issues but doctor Yandell did not want to hear about them. After that brief exam doctor Yandell left. We did not see her again until about 0630 Hrs. During that time my wife had blood tests run, urine samples taken along with blood gases and x-rays. Dr. Yandell never went over any of the tests or x-rays with us. When she did come back she was eating something and my wife told her she wanted an antibiotic and cough medicine. Dr. Yandell responded K then left. In the eight plus hours we were in the ER doctor Yandell came to my wife's room exactly twice for a total of about three minutes, and that is being generous. To say we were less than impressed would be a giant understatement. When I went to pick up the prescriptions I found that she had prescribed an over the counter cough medicine, thanks a lot doc. Due to my wife's condition we have been to many hospitals throughout the state and this was our worst trip to any ER. For whatever reason this doctor was not on her game to be in the ER on this night and that is unexceptionable.

I'm waiting for emergency care for my daughter. There is not enough instructions on what to do. You first have to wait outside the triage, there is a button you are supposed to press, but it asked you only press once. I was waiting for 20 minutes before someone else walked up and pressed the button 3 times. Finally someone came out. After triage, they told us where to go, but not what to do from there. I was apperiently supposed to wait in the waiting room until registration called our name. How was I to know this when no one said and there was no sign.
