I have been taking my vehicles to this shop since 1995. Recently I had my car over heat while driving. I called the shop and they walked me through getting my car safely to their shop. It happened to be one hose that had a leak, they replaced it without charging me! It was recommended that I have my hoses replace considering they were original and I had almost 250,000 miles on my little car. They didn't pressure me to make my appointment right then but I called later to schedule it. My schedule is hectic and they made it so easy by taking to work and picking me up when my car was finish.I've never had anything but good service from these gentlemen.Thank you!

I would like to thank Rob and Ford for all there kindness. My motor home had some major problems. I call five garages and explain to them I was traverling thru, all of them except Pro Pacific sind I can't help you. I talk to Rob and he was concern first for my safety and ask if I was ok and did I need a wrecker I told I was traverling with another motor home. I would try to baby it so I could get to their shop. What nice people they work very hard to get me back up and running. Our world needs more people like Ford and Rob. Thank you so much. Faye Ellis

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and excellent customer service makes Pro Pacific the only shop in the area where I get my car serviced AND the only shop that I will recommend to anyone searching for a reliable place to service their vehicle. I love that in addition to taking very good care of my vehicle, the staff are warm, friendly, and treat me like I'm a member of the family - the effort they make to call patrons by name does not go unnoticed!! I couldn't be more thrilled to have found them.

The crew here is amazing. Took my car in here thinking I was going to need major engine work done which they were able to tell me wasn't the case. Everyone I talked to was very genuine and super helpful. They are very reasonably priced. My car runs better than when I first bought it and looks better than It did when brought it in. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Definitely using this place again.

My transmission disintegrated and I didn't know where to take it. The tow truck driver recommended Pro Pacific as that was the place he used, Wow! I received wonderful service there. They were fast, efficient, fair and even helped me with the rental car and payment options. It was like going home and having your big brothers help you out of a bad situation! Thank you to Mr Ford et al for the great service!

Tom works on a lot of Subarus, but he has given my Acura top service as well. I have had all my engine and transmission, suspension, and other work done there for about 3 years now, and trust his judgment on what needs to expect.I'm the guy who gave him the 5-star rating, after experiencing less trustworthy or knowledgeable work elsewhere in the Eureka area.
Auto Masters Auto Repair
After reading the review from John about auto masters I decided to give them a try. What a great bunch of guys. Extremely friendly and the repair was done to perfection. They have a auto detail service as well and my car looks better than when I purchased it from Roy's 2 years ago. Thanks Auto Masters!!!

Exceptional service! We called around and Auto Masters was the most affordable. We took a shot and it's been over a month and breaking has never been this good. They even replaced a part without charging me. Don't hesitate to bring your car to these guys.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
