I wanted to ease into my "now" natural grey hair. Krista did a fabulous job getting rid of the years of auburn dyes from my hair. My hair feel wonderful and I am adjusting to my beautiful grey hair with subtle lavender highlights. Krista listens to what I want and works her magic to make it happen I highly recommend Krista for all your hair care needs, from a great cut to fabulous color.

Every time I go I am thrilled with my hair. Chris is fantastic for outrageous colors and everyone is so friendly. When I bring my son they talk to him too. Its his favorite place to get his design hair cuts at of all times.

I came in for a pedicure one afternoon on my lunch break and ended up getting my nails done. I had previosly worn acrylics but had a very bad experience and was concerned about the products being used. Jamie took the time to thouroughly explain the differences in products and the differences between gel and acrylic. I learned so much! That was 3 years ago. I love spending time with Jamie! Its always a good time and shes always learning! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting their nails to look their best!

I made an appoint for 12 and made it very clear that I had somewhere to be! I got there exactly at 12 and I sat there for over 40 min! That's disrespectful! Not taking consideration of your clients time! If you know you're not going to have the time to do someone's hair, do not accept the appointment!!! It's that simple! Very bad! I had to leave without even getting my hair done! Very disappointed!!!! If I could give no stars I would!

Employee and tried to grab the bags and put them in the cart before we were finished packing. I told him not to worry, that I would get them. He then got right up in my face (too close) and stared me down in a very intimidating/angry manner, refusing to move.The Eugene General Manager then went on to say that since I had a bad experience at 'her' store she had decided that she did not want me to come back to her store. Weekly 39 yr customer. She did not even give me a chance to tell her what the problem was. So why did she want me to come into the store, so she could abuse me in person?They never even spoke to me to let me explain what happened. So I guess the employee who was intimidating me said it was my fault/he didn't do it (of course)?If you have a problem with employees at the store (read the reviews on Yelp, I am not the only one) and the employees in the store blow you off, forget trying to call customer service, because that will just make the store manager angry.

I bought $12 worth of packaged mushrooms, only to find mold on them when I opened the package an hour later while making dinner. My partner called them and asked for a credit. They refused to give us a credit unless we've brought back the mushrooms. On the surface that might seem reasonable, but if you think about it, it's not. I'm not spending 30-40 minutes driving there and back for $12 - my time is more valuable than that. They made the mistake, not me, so I don't see how it's reasonable to waste my time and money to correct it. I'm going with a simpler solution: I'll no longer shop at that location. I may even look for another store altogether.

My daughter has had a tough time lately, a divorce and the death of her grandmother so I thought I'd treat her to a spa day. I scheduled a spa pedicure, a wax and a hair treatment, she wanted her tips dyed purple. It was a nightmare! The receptionist made a mistake and she wasn't given the pedicure, the wax job was only so so and the hair was the worst! My daughters beautiful hair was highlighted to the roots and dyed green and black! Not at all the purple tips that she so desired! The stylist Shay was rude and used profane language throughout the experience. Shay scratched my daughters scalp during the shampooing, tore a comb thru her hair and Continuously hit her in the head with the blow dryer not to mention didn't give my daughter what she asked for but did what Shay wanted instead. Shay has a lot to learn about customer service! Furthermore I had been quoted a price of $350 at the high end and I was charged $370 with Shay giving herself a very undeserved tip of $48.00! This mother wants an apology, restitution and her daughters hair back the way it was or the way she wanted it and asked for it to be! Shame on London for hiring such a rude person! I will be telling my friends!

Earlier last evening I called this store at least 20 times over a 20 minute period. NO ANSWER AT ALL! Had lost a cell phone & thought it may be there. Finally, had to drive there. Yes, the cell was there! Would have saved us a Lot of searching if the woman had just picked up & answered the store phone. Isn't it her job & what if it had been an emergency?
