Absolute worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. The Asst. Manager Amber is nothing short of mean, rude and a b*tch. Then there is the nightmare of a Customer Service Manager, Tony. He is one of those really small guys with an attitude they call "small man's disease" rude and unfriendly all the time. The place is so bad i quit going there. And they are always out of items and the store is dirty (don't go into the bathroom you will run for your life). I think this is where all the bad employees for Wal-Mart end up, you know the bottom of the barrel.

Friendly employees clean but some items out dated and frozen goods had freezer burn. But selection was good so we're prices.

Employee and tried to grab the bags and put them in the cart before we were finished packing. I told him not to worry, that I would get them. He then got right up in my face (too close) and stared me down in a very intimidating/angry manner, refusing to move.The Eugene General Manager then went on to say that since I had a bad experience at 'her' store she had decided that she did not want me to come back to her store. Weekly 39 yr customer. She did not even give me a chance to tell her what the problem was. So why did she want me to come into the store, so she could abuse me in person?They never even spoke to me to let me explain what happened. So I guess the employee who was intimidating me said it was my fault/he didn't do it (of course)?If you have a problem with employees at the store (read the reviews on Yelp, I am not the only one) and the employees in the store blow you off, forget trying to call customer service, because that will just make the store manager angry.

I bought $12 worth of packaged mushrooms, only to find mold on them when I opened the package an hour later while making dinner. My partner called them and asked for a credit. They refused to give us a credit unless we've brought back the mushrooms. On the surface that might seem reasonable, but if you think about it, it's not. I'm not spending 30-40 minutes driving there and back for $12 - my time is more valuable than that. They made the mistake, not me, so I don't see how it's reasonable to waste my time and money to correct it. I'm going with a simpler solution: I'll no longer shop at that location. I may even look for another store altogether.

Everyone's Market
Earlier last evening I called this store at least 20 times over a 20 minute period. NO ANSWER AT ALL! Had lost a cell phone & thought it may be there. Finally, had to drive there. Yes, the cell was there! Would have saved us a Lot of searching if the woman had just picked up & answered the store phone. Isn't it her job & what if it had been an emergency?
