The work seems fair. However, it took them a total of 5 months to get my rig back to us. I'm sure they are good, if you don't mind having jobs pushed ahead of you and he admitted it. The other issue is the fact that Robert will rarely call you back, after you call three or four times and demand a return call or to talk to him, only then will he return the call or talk. When we explained that we needed it a little faster. He laughed and said we could come and pick it up, even though it was torn apart. He also said if we wanted to come and help him do the work we could. As a business woman myself, I feel the work was okay, I think? I will know more after the inspection. But I do not know how they've received so many glowing reviews after what we went through. There are some bubbles in our ceiling, which we are going to have inspected by a professional. Maybe that's normal we don't know.Ask me if we would ever return to this place to have any RV fixed- that we buy. I will be honest and tell you there is no way we would ever step foot back in this place, unless it's to pick up all our missing dishes, our almost new sewer line, and things that are missing from our rig.Brenda Ashworth Barry. I will also be building a blog about our experience and our honest reviews of Quality Coach Services.

I have used OMC for many years. I have found their service to be exceptional. They have found problems I didn't even know I had, and have made the repairs I've asked for in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. Jim Cooley runs a good shop.
