Very very poor. A buddy of mine and myself were looking for a part and weren't told there was a restricted zone so we ended up finding the part we needed and as we were taking it off a employee came out and asked what we were doing and we explained the situation to him. He then told us that we were in a restricted area. Mind you there are no signs saying that is a restricted zone! We offered to put everything back together and the man said well let me get a hold of my boss and we'll go from there. Well the god damned moron that came out started telling at us. The entire situation could have been handled a lot better but he decided not to go that route so we exchanged some words and left. Point being the guy who runs the place is a completely rude person. I will never go back there, even though that was the first time I was there. I will never give them a single cent of my money and i urdge people to make sure you ask where the restricted zone is otherwise he same might happen to you. Also, very very poor customer service.

Pick A Part
I stop by there on my lunch break to pick up a part. They let me go in the yard and told me exactly where to find the car I needed. When I finally found my part and got back to the counter they were busy but Darcy stopped her lunch break and helped me out. She gave me a very fair price for the item and was extremely helpful and friendly, so thank you very much.

B & R Auto Wrecking
Horrible service, I ordered a transmission last week, it has not been either shipped or confirmed.I tried calling them for hours since last week, no one wants to answer the phone. I left messages, no answer. This is the worse company for service in the USA. Totally unprofessional. I am asking for a refund from my credit card company.

Pick A Part
I'm a regular and have been going to pick a part for most my car related needs for 10 or more years. I find they normally have what I'm looking for or they can get it for me, pretty much every time. The people behind the counters are busy but attentive. If you have to wait a long time in line, they often knock the price some. George, the person I think the other review is talking about.. Is a scruffy hard candy shell sort. Seems rough till you talk with him a bit. He's a great manager and very vehicle knowledgeable. If he can't get it or doesn't have it he never hesitates to say where you could go. Most importantly he/they are flexible with the price. I've learned pretty much all the parts places could care less about what you think is fair. Pick A Part on 99 is the acception. I recommend them often and hear glowing reports from people all the time. They are fair and knowledgeable. Now Ifor they were just open on sundays...

Pick A Part
This was the most terrible experience I've ever had. They were rude and organized. The person at the counter, who I believe was the owner or manager sent me to the opposite end of where I needed to go,on purpose I believe, and its obvious they hire tweakers.
Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
