I took my 2015 Forester to them to check out a passenger side airbag malfunction ( a warning light). After clearing a code, they drove it a mile (according to my odometer) and told me the code did not return. I drove the car home (2.5 hours away), and the next morning the warning light came on again. I called to discuss it with them and was told I would get a call back. I also responded to their email. Nothing but silence.

I highly recommend staying away from here. I had a deal with them that if I paid full asking price for a car, that I would receive a warranty. Later, they deceptively removed the warranty from the final copy of the bill of sale and I signed without noticing. Now, after having a bunch of issues with the car, they are acting like it never happened. Furthermore, I test drove one of their other vehicles beforehand, it was a Dodge Durango, and the speedometer didn't even work, and smelled like burning oil. They seem like cool guys, but it is a shady business just looking to make a buck at any cost.

So far of the three vehicles i or a friend has purchased from cresent auto......3 have been absolute garbage. Ranging from 4k to 9k. And when you go back and let them know that they sold you a junker and ask them to fix it. They are rude and tell you they can recommend a shop. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. And if you decide to shop here and are female make sure you bring a car guy with you and he does all the talking. They seem to try harder to take advantage of females. They gave me and my wife two separate prices on a car. 2500$ different. As a local business owner in the eugene springfield area I understand that you have to make money but to purposely sell bad cars to your local customers....its not a good way to run a business.

I went to FM Jones and Sons just to browse...I honestly didnt think I could qualify..I had a BK Chapter 7 in May of 2010...I saw a truck I liked..The salesman offered me to drive it which I did and liked it....I still didnt think I could get approved or could afford the payment if I did get approved because of a high interest rate based on my Bankruptcy..I met the Business Manager( Michael) and he reassured me he would do whatever he could do to try to keep the payments affordable...I have not reestablished my credit since my Bankruptcy so I figured the Interest rate was going to be in tbe high 20 per cent range which would make the payment unaffordable...Well after waiting at the dealership for an hour ( there is a couch and a flat screen TV) Michael was able to get me 9% interest and the payment was much lower which made it very affordable ......These guys were great and Michael was outstanding for getting me such low rate....Thanks Michael and FM Jones & Sons

My fiance and I don't have the best credit and had a car that was falling apart. We desperately needed something new right away. We stopped in to see the crew at F.M. Jones and Sons and they were all very nice and polite. We told the salesman what we were looking for in a vehicle and test drove a couple cars. He was not pushy in any way and it was the easiest car buying experience we've ever been through. Got a great deal and now I have a reliable car to get around in. We will definitely do business there again. Special thanks to Dennis for not being too pushy of a salesman. You are all awesome.
