I Really( DID) Like There Water:DONT like The Service manager.VERY Rud..NOT service minded managerWho is running there office..He simple DONT care about The Customers.Have had The same problem like someof the other customers with being over charged..and they also sold me a usedWater cooler..not letting me know..or test the unit prior..there was a problem from the start the inside being lose.. I dident like to complain..This morning my water cooler..Was boiling..steem inside the 5 gallon bottle..Called The to get a replacement cooler..The manager was Very Nasty..Refuse to give me one other unit..workting in a Service job:Giving GOOD service..Is SOOO IMPORTANT..With out your clients...You have NO Buisness..Palomare Should Change There Manager.The people at that office dont take care ofclients..You DONT treat your clients right..This Company lose there clients..Not because of the water Did like there water...But being Rude.There manager was Very Rud.I have No other chooice..Cancelled there service.Maybe The owner of This company..Make some changes at there office.Did se that a lot of complainIs about That office..being rud.Probley That office manager need to be changed to keep the clients for this company.Being Nasty..To clients= Cancellations.

Had an account but could no longer handle the 5 pound bottles. Called to change to 3 gallon bottles but were told by lady who answered the phone they do not offer them. Called back and spoke to Sales Director who confirmed they do not offer 3 gallon bottles. We cancelled the account. Ten minutes later Mike called and advised us they do offer 3 gallon bottles. Mike was antagonistic and rude because we cancelled the account.We are glad to be rid of a company that treated us poorly once we could no longer handle their 5 gallon bottles.

Culligan Water Systems
I want to thank you all of Culligan of North County for taking care of us. Wanda is awesome, Clint provided a great customer service, and Justin super professional with our install. Now Ican drink and cook with clean water. My son Rafael loves it, this is what he says every time he drinks water; " I am having my Culligan drink". Thanks again for helping us guys!!!!!

Pushy sales tactics! I was approached by them at the Vista Strawberry Festival a while back to sign up for their services. I was a little hesitant and explained how it is only myself and young son who live at home. They were very persuasive and friendly. Mike told me that if I ever needed to stop delivery, just to call and it would be no problem. So I signed up, before I knew it, I had 4 five-gallon size jugs in my apt hiding behind my couch. When I called to stop/freeze delivery, I was still being charged the service fee. I explain to the lady how Mike said it would be no problem and that I shouldn't have to pay until I needed more water. She replied with something like " Mike doesn't handle the billing." I ended up having them remove the filter from my home, returning all the unopened jugs and paying their fees. Whoever the lady is that answers their phone is extremely rude. I paid the small balance and asked her for a receipt showing end of service/ balance paid in full but she told me that they don't provide anything like that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
