Fountain Estates
Terrible place to live my car is constantly being broken into no security when there was security it was when worse because they were the ones breaking into peoples cars. The manager let's children with infectious diseases swim in the pool. And somehow these are luxury apts. No cameras. And she claims no pets are allowed but she totally has pets. Look else where.

Fountain Estates
No security, no security cameras, no visitor parking. My 83 year old grandmother had to park across the street, which is very busy and is on a blind hill. If you park an unauthorised car any where it will be towed in a matter of minutes! No joke. My car was broken into and vandalized on 3 separate occasions. Management doesn't seem to care, they just keep unjustly raising the rent. There are roaches every where. They sprayed 1time and they just keep coming no matter how clean you are. Nieghbors are loud, rude and disrespectful.

Eagles Point Apartment Homes
I have lived here for 7 years. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth and if they do show up they don't really fix it. Most of the office staff is rude and unhelpful. Whenever I call they never answer the phone. The cockroaches are gross. We have only stayed here so long because it was cheap, and now they raise the rent so we are leaving.

Reidy Creek Apartments
Please make sure you google the apartment and do not only read 1 review site. There are photos that reveal life at Reidy Creek from a resident’s perspective. I could write a novel about how terrible our experience was with the management, In particular the manager Katie. The review does not allow for a lot of detail so here are bullet points. -Break ins of cars -Sirens blaring at all times of the night/day -Management says they will be of service but never follow through - Roommate and I were accused of housing a dog, it was not until we involved the police management backed down. There was no dog -Police visit the complex regularly to arrest or answer 911 calls. -Old and out dated appliances. Fridge was too big we could not open the dishwasher. Poor design -Parking is a nightmare for residents and guests

Grand Palm Village Apartments
Kris c. You are right this just happened to my family of 5. Our year lease is up next month. I complained about roaches and the Fact that my children's bedroom ceiling leaked water EVERY TIME it rained!!! I want to seek legal council but from what my research shows it appears perfectly legal ugh

Grand Palm Village Apartments
This is not a professionally managed apartment complex. The manager is the niece of the owner. If you ask for repairs or roaches to be eradicated you will receive a notice that your lease is not being renewed and you must leave when it ends.

Emerald Glen Apartments
My husband was deployed to Afghanistan, so I lived at Emerald Glen Apartments in Escondido for a few years. It is the worst apartment building that I have ever lived in. Don’t make the mistake of living there. Here are a few reasons: Rental rates Poor grounds/common area upkeep Disorganized staff/lack of communication with staff Quality of response to maintenance requests Overall customer service of management staff Quality of parking/parking availability Concerns over security/safety/lighting Lack of upgraded amenities Pet waste removal General lack of preventative maintenance Broken Appliances Noise Issues Not enough parking Rules and Regulations over Customer Service Kids screaming at pools and grass areas. Children Unattended. Constant Construction.

Pines Apartments
Former pines resident and westminster seminary student (graduate) here. Been gone from the pines since graduating a year ago, but what everyone else said is pretty much true. Will/Bill is about as nice a manager/owner as you can get and the property is nice, inside and out. Would rent again? Yes. Would refer friends? Yes. Overall good experience? Yes. Probably the best and most affordable place you will find if you want to be near Westminster, Palomar Hospital, downtown, etc. Rent with confidence!

we have lived here so far for almost a year and thats too long for us! everything seems to b going wrong just in this year alone! a/c decides to work when it wants to, and if it does it leaks forever and wets all our stuff and we've called for them to fix it many many times and it still happens. then our upstairs neighbor bathroom pipes leaks into one of our bathrooms so they had to tear down a wall in the bathroom to fix the leak and water damage not to mention all the damage it did to my bathroom mats that had to b thrown away which it took them a lil more than A WEEK TO FIX, constant back n forth/in n out of my place for a week- huge inconvenience because im pregnant and cant b dealing with those fumes. then a valve in the dishwasher breaks and spouts water in the kitchen and the day they say they r going to come, they never do! then just last night i come home to both bathroom floors flooded and my bathmats again soaked- turns out hot water pipes r leaking and it leaked onto the carpets infront of the bathroom and even into the closets where we had to take everything out of the closets, some things were soaked too, and sleep in the living room on the couches because they had to spray and air out the rooms with vents and drain out all the water. these vents sis not let us sleep very well either. soooooo over this apartment, probably the worst apartment i have ever stayed in!!!!! the staff is pretty nice but as others had said, they dont seem like they care that much, neither does maintenance. they stroll in and fix stuff on their own time. u could wait all day for them (for example i dont like ppl who i dont know to just come in MY apartment around MY valubles when im not home, so i like to be there when they fix stuff) and there have been 9 out of 10 times ive waited all day and they show up when they feel like it and the office staff cant tell u round-abouts when they might come. cant wait to move!!!!

Cypress Cove Apartments
I moved here from Northern California trying to get away from crime. We found this place. We were going over the lease that said no drugs, no loitering, no skateboarding, no public drinking & no pets. To my disapointment this apartment complex has all of that. At about 9:00 am every morning their are teens out dealing & smoking weed, these are children that should be in school. Once school lets out things get worse. all of the kids hang out in the middle of the complex setting on a white brick circular wall smoking & selling weed & drinking alcohol while riding thier skateboards or bikes, making alot of noise with thier skateboards. If there was not someone out there who had weed they would go to the neighbor to purchase some. The smaller children connot come out to play due to this. & there are dogs there barking alot & a cat that whines all night long, & there is a roach problem. So if you like drugs, skateboarding, pets & roaches, then Cypress Cove is the place for you. i am moving as soon as possible.

Just a moment...
