Warren Auto Service
I work real close to this place, but never used it because there are all these cars sitting out fron that look like they've been there forever. You know what I mean. I had a sudden fast leak in my tire and had to get it fixed. I stopped by Warren's just to see, he took my truck in fixed the leak, free of charge, and said hope to see you again. I took it back when I heard squeaking from my breaks, he fixed it and noone could believe for such a low cost. Then I made an appt. for him to inspect it, my regular mechanic was a little miffed. But he looked it over, fixed ONLY what needed to be fixed, he didn't try to throw any of those easy unneeded money makers in there, and I was out the door. I take my truck to Wareen for EVERYTHING now. He's honest, the way mechanics used to be!

West Tenth Auto
My daughter, son, and I have bought tires every year and had our cars inspected here. My son recently took a new car he bought to them and they found a lot of safety problems with it. They documented everything and we got the dealer to fix it. They are always very nice and do a great job. !!!

C & J Automotive Performance
Used the Uhaul services provided by them and they were fabulous even when we got a flat tire. Employees were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend them and will go here again! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Sears Auto Center
Chris at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. Over all experience was good. I did have an issue with my back right tire not holding its air properly, but they fixed it and explained to me the issue in a timely manner.
Tips & Advices
If you have comprehensive coverage, some - if not all - of the windshield repair and replacement costs are covered by the insurance company. Check with your insurance company to inquire about what they are able to pay. It’s also important to consider the deductible. If the cost of the replacement/repair is greater than the current deductible, the insurance company can cover the difference. But if the repair costs are less than the deductible, you will have to pay the full cost out of pocket.
Generally, most professionals can install a new windshield in around one hour and can make repairs in less than 30 minutes.
Wait 24 hours before entering a car wash with a new or repaired windshield. The high water pressures and cleaning chemicals could damage the windshield adhesive.
Most professional installers advise waiting an hour before driving again with a new or repaired windshield.
The cost of replacing a windshield can vary even more than getting it repaired, because the vehicle’s make and model, not the severity of the crack/chip, determine costs. Newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
