I LOVE this dealer! We had a fantastic experience with them. I started out emailing Amanda about a Mazda cx-9 and she was so great about answering all of my questions and sending me pictures. Then I met with Garrett and Mike and they were great about working with numbers. They didn't try to Play number games like your typical salesmen and really got right to my wants as far as purchase price and paying off our trade in. The car needed an extra detail once we bought it and they were AWESOME about getting me in and even gave me has money to drive an hour back to Erie! Then two days after I had the car, I had a concern about the two back tires and mike didn't even hesitate and had me come back to put two new tires on for me. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealer and I have been recommending them to everyone! Definitely go see Garrett!

We went to just look for a car for my husband. We were so impressed with our salesman - Garret Mays and with the GM - Jason O'Neill that we left with a new car that day. I truly am not a fan of car salesmen because I always feel like somehow they are trying to deceive me, but I never for one minute felt that way when dealing with our salesman. It was a pleasure buying our new car, I can honestly say that I have never had that feeling before, and we have bought many cars in our lives. I highly recommend this dealership, they were very willing to work with us with no pressure. The GM came over in person and worked around what we wanted to spend. Usually, you sit there and wait for the GM to talk to the salesman and you never even know if there really is a GM that the salesman is talking to! A painful experience turned into an enjoyable one!

I had been searching for a new car for my mother for quite a long time. After dealing with a less-than-desirable salesman at a different dealership, salesman Patrick Doyle, was a refreshing change. He was very personable and did not try to upsell us anything. We knew what we wanted and all he did was help. Logan Gordon, the new car manager, explained all the options and paperwork to me and my mother. Once again, there was no upsell, just helpfulness. When we picked up the car, it was nicely detailed, inside and out. Patrick went over the whole car with my mother and made sure that all of her questions had been answered. My mother loves her new Mazda. We got a great price compared to other cars that I looked at and it had a lot of similar safety features. I highly recommend this dealership, five out of five stars,

Warren Auto Service
I work real close to this place, but never used it because there are all these cars sitting out fron that look like they've been there forever. You know what I mean. I had a sudden fast leak in my tire and had to get it fixed. I stopped by Warren's just to see, he took my truck in fixed the leak, free of charge, and said hope to see you again. I took it back when I heard squeaking from my breaks, he fixed it and noone could believe for such a low cost. Then I made an appt. for him to inspect it, my regular mechanic was a little miffed. But he looked it over, fixed ONLY what needed to be fixed, he didn't try to throw any of those easy unneeded money makers in there, and I was out the door. I take my truck to Wareen for EVERYTHING now. He's honest, the way mechanics used to be!

We purchased a CX5 in the spring of 2015. The car is great but this is about the dealership. The showroom and bathrooms are pristine. The sales people are friendly and anxious to help without being annoying and the service department is efficient, on time and fairly priced. We really appreciated the no BS approach to car buying. We looked at the cars, asked some questions, took a few test drives, and got a price for the car we wanted and a very fair allowance for our trade. None of the usual angst of waiting for the salesman to "get with his manager to see if we can make a deal".We are in the market for a second car and Mazda of Erie will be our first and, hopefully, only stop.

After several rounds of repairs on my old car ( Which the Mazda Service department absolutely did an amazing job with!!) I was ready to see what my options were getting into a more reliable car. Amanda, Pat, Logan, Jason, Chuck.... and the entire team really pulled together to help me out, and got me into a 2014 MAZDA 3 hatch!! Needless to say, I love this car.... it has amazing gas mileage and has a look all of its own! Thank you Mazda, and thank you to the entire team for being the most dependable and friendly dealership in the greater Erie Area.

I just recently bought a CR-V from the Mazda of Erie used car lot. It was the easiest most comfortable car buying experience. Everyone there was helpful and attentive to finding the right car to meet my needs. They made sure the car was in great condition, since I have a long commute to and from school. Not to mention that they had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales men were not pushy and gave me the time I needed to make my final decision. I would go back to this dealership to buy my next car in a heart beat.

I really could not have asked for anything better! Mike Clement and whole sales staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. Especially my sales consultant, Pat Doyle, who went above and beyond to make my vehicle purchase very easy and enjoyable. Chuck Snider made the financing a breeze. It was truly a great experience from beginning to end. ...and the most important thing is the Mazda CX-9 is great! Thanks guys!

I just purchased my second Mazda from this dealer and I couldn't be more pleased. Mark and Logan gave me a fantastic trade in value for my first Mazda and transferred after-market accessories from the first car to the second at no cost. I didn't come away from the whole experience feeling I had paid too much for my new car. I am definitely pleased with this dealer and their service after the sale.

Mark Brown and Jason O'neil were extremely helpful and not pushy when we went looking for a new vehicle. Every dealership I've been to has the 'typical' salesman trying to push you into buying their cars. These guys were totally different and were helpful with everything.. Thank you for all you did for our family. It means a lot..........
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
