Awesome dealership! We've done business with them since 2000 and never been disappointed! They go out of their way to provide excellent experience. We will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them to family & friends!!Ross Bonura, Joy Gibson & Eric Santiago exceeded our expectations with a fast seamless purchase!!
2014 Jeep Wrangler Leaking oil from a bad oil cooler/filter housing. This is a very common issue that is easy to find all over the web. I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because the filter cap was to tight. I have always changed my own oil and know this is not the case. I will not be back to this location for any reason good luck if you chose to.
I usually like to write positive reviews regarding my experiences however, it's important to make others aware of my experience in an effort to save another one from the inconvenience I went through. I called a week prior regarding service needing to be completed on my Jeep Cherokee and has an appointment for Monday to have it completed. I brought the vehicle in for a wiper adjustment, spoiler needed to be tightened down as it was rattling, and recall service needing to be completed. I was made aware that the parts had been available for the recall service and it shouldn't be a long process. I was pleasantly greeted by the service advisor who verified the work needing to be completed on the vehicle. I gave her the list of things needing to be completed and was shown where the waiting area was. I was notified that the vehicle service was completed , I drove home from the dealership and inspected the work completed and noticed a ding in the hood of the vehicle and paint damage to the hood. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with the service manager who had me bring the vehicle right back. I brought the vehicle back and notified the manager of my arrival, the advisor stepped outside first looking at the location of the damage and then grabbed the manager. The manager was looking at the damage and asked me how they could have damaged the vehicle in that area. I informed him the wipers needed to be adjusted, and it looked as though a tool or object was dropped on the hood. He initially said that they didn't perform work on the wipers until he looked at the service report and seen that they did. He also stated in defense of the mechanic that if the mechanic damaged the vehicle in anyway he would have notified him. He then told me that they would cover the repair for the damages and sent me down the road to a body shop after I told him I had pictures of the vehicle prior to service.
Sold damaged car as Brand New. Then refused to take it back. O'Neal Boswell Laughed as he stated there was an arbitration agreement sighed, try that. SHOULD NOT GET EVEN ONE STAR
I have never had any problems getting my cars serviced with the bondys. Great people, great prices, and great location!
Update:Jamie Christian went above and beyond to assist me yesterday with the used vehicle I purchased and took care of me with a minor issue that came up.
Roger Bailey was a pleasure to work with for the sale of the used vehicle I purchased. They take care of their service members and are great to work with. Thanks to Jamie Christian the sales manager who overseen one minor issue with my used vehicle. I am walking away a very satisfied customer with my Dodge Journey. The 3,000 mile limited warranty comes with their used vehicles and the issue I came across was immediately addressed, I couldn't have asked for anything more. You won't beat the pricing or the customer service or even the 3,000 mile 3 month warranty that's offered on their used vehicles. Gives you reassurance after purchasing a used vehicle that you will be taken care of if any issues arise. In addition I called with a minor issue and was immediately told to bring the vehicle in the next day to be serviced at no charge. Most dealerships would have booked an appointment but Sam Boswell squeezed me right in.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who has less than perfect credit...I went there after Levi practically blew up my phone for me to come in. All the way from Defuniak Springs Florida. He insisted that I drive a car that he swear I had...pretty much wasted my time. I was tired as hell from working all day...got me all excited..said he would call me the next day after and that would give him enough time to detail the SUV so they could bring it to me the next day. The next day was his off day so he never called no one did and when I called I found out I wasnt approved. ..this is a long story made short. They werent even going to call me. The receptionist is very rude..they just need to be more considerate of people and their time whether a sale is made or not..they could have at least called..because maybe when thing straighten out for me I would come back because a person will remember how well you treated them no matter what the outcome was at least thats how I am..I remember people and places who are kind and treated me like a person no matter if the deal went through or not.
I have bought several Fords over the years and Ed Sherling Ford has always provided quality service. The Service writers, technicians, and Service Manager are professional, courteous and get the job done right.
You're heard the old saying about used car dealers,Tim Whitehead salespeople tops the list will say anything to make a sale, then once you buy and have any type of problem with vehicle they will try to weasel more money from you.in less than a month after purchasing from them this 2012chrysler300 began having with alarm going off for no reason. car doors not opening with remote key..went back to dealership about problems (less than a month ok)said didn't find no problems except 1key fob needed a battery. A Bill over a$100"diagnostic test"refused to pay that amount but still weaseled $14 for key fob batt.never go back again!!
