Maximum Auto Search
My experience at Maximum Auto Search started off great. They had the specific car I was looking for and the price seemed to be somewhat reasonable. I filled out the contact form on their website and was quickly contacted by Adam and we agreed on a time to go on a test drive. There was really no pressure from Adam to buy the car and I spent a couple weeks evaluating other options and even went for another test drive with Adam. After that, I asked to take the car for a private inspection (a must for any used car), which was an easy process with them; all I had to do was sign a form and was able to take it for a couple of hours. The inspection came back clean (other than needing scheduled service) and I negotiated the price with Cliff (the sales manager) accordingly. They weren’t willing to come down on the price very much, but when I told them I was leaving, they agreed to come up significantly on my trade in (which needed a lot of work). I had previously lined up my financing, so I thought purchasing the car would be a quick process. Working with their finance people was terrible. It literally took me a half of a day to get the car purchased. They had no clue about how to do outside financing; they said they were able to work directly with Westerra Credit Union, which they then found out they were not able to do. This resulted in me having to drive to a Westerra branch to get the letter of credit. Once I got the letter of credit back to them, they claimed that they didn’t know what to do with it (it had pretty clear instructions for them on how to get the money on the letter). They also claimed that they could beat Westerra’s rate, but after running my credit, they said they were not able to beat it (I should have known better - now I have another credit inquiry).Once everything was signed, they gave me the key (yes - one key!). In addition to only having one key, the key they gave me was broken and held together with a rubber band. When test driving the car I noticed the rubber band, but I figured it was from their key storage system or something like that. After complaining that I had just purchased a very expensive car (~$46,000) which only had one key, and a broken key at that, I was told by Cliff that Max (the owner of Maximum Auto Search) knew the previous owner and was going to get the other key from him. Replacement Mercedes keys are very expensive and if I had know I would have getting ½ of a key, I would had pushed harder on the price or just walked away from the deal before signing.I’ve now had the car for about 4 weeks and Adam has stopped responding to my inquiries about the key. Up until this week he said they were in the process of getting it and he was going to get it for me. Now he’s unresponsive.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. When we finally did get a hold of someone regarding a question we had, he was rude and did not seem concerned because he was not working with us on the sale. We did not get a response until we drove 45 minutes back down to the location and showed up in person. I've emailed the regional manager, with no response. I expect more from a regional manager. The vehicle was supposedly detailed TWICE and still had soda pop, dirt on the console & dog hair all over the back seats, so bad that we had to get it professionally cleaned ourselves! Not cool. I feel like it was blue skies and fluffy clouds until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork, you're just a worthless annoying customer. After being lied to, ignored, and mistreated, I'll never shop here again. We would've returned the car and eaten the $400 restocking fee if it wasnt the best choice out of the 5 in Colorado. Bad bad business ethics.

Groove Ford
Customer Service is paramount at Groove Ford. I never felt pressured in any way and was given the opportunity to simply walk around on my own until I needed help which was wonderful. Michael Shane in sales spent a ton of time with me and remained very patient throughout the entire process. He had a great sense of humor and made looking at a car fun. Even the Sales Manager, David Galbraith went above and beyond to make my buying experience enjoyable and helped answer all my questions and then some. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen as they are a true credit to their field. If you want to avoid all the drudgery that can come from purchasing a new vehicle, get a great price and a fair trade, then Groove Ford is a must.

After researching vehicles for a few months on my own, I decided to go to 5280 Imports for some guidance. The staff able to quickly help me narrow down my search to what made the most sense for my long daily commute and made sure I stayed within my budget. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were on SO many different cars! They understood my needs, were completely honest and didn't pressure me to buy something just because it was on their lot. We went to a lot of different dealerships to look, so I know that this is not always the case! What I thought might be a stressful process was simple and actually fun, and I am extremely satisfied with my car. I would highly recommend 5280 Imports to anyone!

The BEST car dealership I have ever dealt with! I have been buying cars for almost 40 years now and buying a car from Travis at Epic Autos Colorado, Inc. is by far the best experience I have EVER had!From the moment we walked into Epic Autos to the time we drove our Toyota 4Runner away, Travis made us feel comfortable and provided more answers about the 4Runner than we had questions for. Once we made the decision to purchase the 4Runner, this was also one of the quickest car buys we’ve ever made. Royal Automotive
I was referred to and bought my Acura TL from Royal Automotive and it was one of the best experiences , if not the best I have had purchasing a car. It was my first time purchasing by myself and Anwar went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for AND crunched numbers for days to make it work in my budget. Not only was that part of a commonly miserable process surprisingly painless, Anwar was extremely forthcoming and honest with me the entire time about the vehicles, not putting me in something I couldn't afford etc. I will absolutely purchase from Royal Automotive again and highly recommend them to anyone in the used car market.

The Sharpest Rides
We bought a 2001 mercedes here and the next day the radiator cracked on us, I called and talked to kevin himself, he had the car picked up at our house, towed to the shop and fixed for us immediately. I thought after reading these reviews they would tell us to beat it. Most dealership's would have said sorry your on your own, as is no warranty. I was very impressed and greatfull! Our salesman Myron was very patient with us and helped find the best financing possible. Thanks again to kevin and myron for the great service and an awesome car!

Here at the sharpest rides we are a high volume store and we move cars quick. it usually takes up to 48 hours for a posting to be removed on any site that's why we recommend customers to check out our website directly for the most up to date inventory listing or call in advance just to make sure the car is available. Rachide was very informative about all the vehicles that we looked at. we were not planning on buying today and it just so happened that you had the vehicle we have been looking for and got the price down to what we could afford.
