Today at lunch a coworker and I decided to order jjs. After placing our orders the worker I spoke with repeated my order and the price. I was paying via debt card and my coworker cash. When the food arrived 35 minutes later which is highly unusual for jjs the entire order was on my card. What if there wasn't funds to cover the whole thing?? When I finally had a change to take my lunch break I find that my order was completely wrong. Everything i didn't want on it, was on it, and everything I did want wasn't. Needless to say It was thrown out. Very displeased woth jjs and probably won't use them again. This is a shame

The rolls were as hard as a rock. I ordered a 2 club sandwiches and one sub. I got home to find they had given me 3 subs and charged me for 2 club sandwiches and one sub. Not the worst but i don't like hard rolls and two of us wanted sandwiches. Pay attention please.

I love the food. Been cming here for years. Lately the customer service sux. Wish that could change. Nothing hurts you to smile and be grateful for a good job.
