First appointment was a no show/no call. I waited all day and called around 3:00 but even Lowe's couldn't get ahold of them. Rescheduled for a second day. One of the women from the office called to say they couldn't schedule the appointment because they didn't have all the information regarding the refrigerator. I opened the door and read it right to her, she said the number was wrong. Finally they scheduled for a third day. Repair man arrived on time and was very nice. He fixed the part on the fridge but mentioned that he would need to order another part because he was afraid he damaged the part during repair process. Received a call today from office informing me that the parts would be $249.00. I have an extended warranty. I called back and the girl who answered the phone has zero customer service skills. She hung up on me after mocking my questions as to why I had to pay any amount. I called back and she hung up again after answering "WHAT". I called back a third time and Tom answered. This company is horrible to work with. I will never allow any of them in my home again. A family business that needs a real shake up in the office staff. If they had to work for anyone but family, they would be fired very quickly. Bad all the way around.

The service technicians that came to repair my washer were excellent. Daryl was the tech who came today. Very professional and courteous. The only complaint I have was getting the parts. The first time I was told they sent the wrong part , so then I had to wait another week. A total of 3 weeks without a washer is not a fun experience. But thankfully it is fixed now. Let the washing begin!

My appointment was made quickly and the technician Lowell came to my home to inspect damage to my wall oven. He was very through collected all relevant information including pictures and forwarded directly to the manufacturer to speed up the replacement for me. He was very through and knowledgeable.
