I have 2 children that went to this office. My youngest had a appt at 3 and my oldest had a appt at 1 on same day. They ended up taking both back at same time and put them side by side to make it more comfortable for them since they were both scared. They were very caring and compassionate. I loved the fact that they didn't make me wait for my daughters appt at 3. They treated my children very well and I couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better staff. Waiting room was wonderful even though we only had to wait 5 mins before we got called back. Paperwork was easy and convenient also and not overwhelming. Thank you to all that made this a great experience for my children. They have to go back right after Christmas and they can't wait. Awesome!!!!! :-)

The hygienist and dentist were absolutely fantastic! I thought my kid was going to have a horrible time since it was his first time but she talked to him and kept him calm! Now the chick who called us to speak with us first and walked us out was so RUDE! Took everything in me not to punch her. She also took my son to get an X-ray and left him in the room ALONE while she went to get something she forgot! She had one of those nasty I'm better than you attitudes. You can tell you she is by her hair. It's black with whiteish and she put something on it that makes it seem like she hasn't washed her hair in days & its... idk how to explain it but it's the only chick that gets your info in the room you in that has dirty hair.

Me and my daughter had an awesome experience staff was patient, nice, very thorough. The only dislike I have is the floor looks dirty I don't know if it's the way it's designed but the look of it makes you question if it's sanitary I'm sure it is but for your first impression it's not appealing. But absolutely love the play area it really helps a lot with the children's anxiety please keep it it's wonderful and great idea. And to parents if you have other children with you that don't have an appointment also you won't be able to go back with your child for distraction reasons I'm sure it's common sense but they should inform that before your appointment. Overall Im very pleased with kool smiles

All of the Front office staff are friendly and efficient. The office hours are great for school-age children who need late afternoon and Saturday appointments. Scheduling appointments are easy as I do it online. They send text and email reminders so you don't forget any appointments. Registration process is simple and quick. Once in the office, the wait time from start to finish is pretty lengthy. They do have tv's, a kids play area and coloring pages to occupy the children during the long wait. Unfortunately, some parents let their children run around unsupervised so the waiting room does get quiet noisy and busy. The kids do get balloons, bracelets and toys after their visit.

We were first time patients (4 kids) The front office was great in helping and the staff in the back were helpful even when my little one didnt like it one bit. The problem I have is the Dentist...she was very abrupt and rude...never smiled the first time and acted as if my childrens problems with their teeth were somehow my fault (we had to change dentist because of ins and life changing events and they had previous issues we knew about) She was not in the least bit friendly. I will take my 4 kids and their mouths elsewhere and cancel my appointments with kool smiles!

Aspen Dental
As much as I dislike going to Dentists This experience was nothing but great .I let them know up front how I dislike being there because of the fear, ( Big baby ) Everyone I dealt with was really nice and seem to care about how I felt while under their care. After about 5 minutes of seeing a dentist I felt so relaxed ( the best feeling I had ever seeing a dentist ) All the people seem to really care about how I was doing. Never have I felt so relaxed in a dentist office before. I fully recommend Aspen Dental for your needs.

Special needs accommodated:) My son is 5 years old and is autistic. I have been working with Dawn the new office manager, the office staff, and the dentists to help my son get used to going to the dentist. The thought of going to the dentist makes him anxious and terrified. This location has gone out of the way to make us feel welcomed and is actively working a plan with us to help my son overcome his fears and become a good dental patient. Thank you so much!

I was incredibly impressed with the entire staff and the Dr. I had a severe abcess and had been treated 3 times in the er due to the severity. Not only did they remove the tooth but continued to check on me every couple days. I have had teeth removed in the past but never with the efficiency and professionalism of Kool smiles. One week later and you can't even tell I had a tooth pulled. Thank you Kool smiles! You all rock♡

Went in for my daughter to have her first filling done. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were in and out in no time. The staff made my daughter and I feel comfortable and very much at ease the whole time. The staff also explained everything they were doing and going to do well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our Oct 30 visit was nightmare. Grandson getting 2 teeth pulled, appointment was made a month ahead of time. Insurance not ok'd, said didn't know if dentist there could do it, finally after 3 hrs got them pulled and he came out white as a ghost. Horrible experience and he has never been leary of dentist. Was not happy
Tips & Advices
This depends on the prosthetic.
  • Dental implants, when cared for properly, can last a lifetime.
  • Crowns typically last between 10-15 years.
  • Resin-bonded bridges typically last between seven  and 10 years. Tooth-supported fixed bridges generally wear out faster than this.
  • Removable partial dentures typically last around 15 years.
  • Complete dentures typically last between five and six years.
The entire process for adding dental implants could take as long as eight months. There are three phases:
  • Phase 1: Grafting. This may take between three and six  months.
  • Phase 2: Artificial root placement. This may take one to two  hours to complete and will take between three and six  months to heal.
  • Phase 3: Crown placement. This is usually done over the course of two visits, two weeks apart.
One dental implant typically costs $1,000-$3,000. However, the abutment (a connector added onto the top of a dental implant) and crown can add $500-$3,000. Multiple dental implants may cost $3,000-$30,000. A full set of implant dentures may cost as much as $90,000, though the average is around $34,000.
A dental implant is a titanium post shaped like a natural tooth's root that is surgically inserted into the jawbone beneath the gums. These posts allow dentists to secure a replacement tooth or bridge in the correct position.
Maxillofacial prosthesis is a subspecialty of prosthodontics. A maxillofacial prosthesis is meant to rehabilitate patients who have defects or disabilities due to trauma, disease, or those that a patient is has from birth. The prosthesis is designed to replace parts of the bone or tissue that are missing, or to help restore functions of the mouth, such as swallowing, chewing, or speaking. Other prostheses are created to protect the face during radiation therapy. Dentists that work with maxillofacial prostheses often collaborate closely with ear, nose, and throat doctors.
