Earicka's Beauty Salon
She gave me a haircut for which I received rave reviews in New York City from my daughter who is in the fashion industry and from my friends who I had a nine-year reunion with at Lake Michigan. I am very pleased and it is truly the best haircut I have had in years. She is an artist with hair.

If you choose to be waited on this ISN'T the place to go!!! This business is new to the area and my wife and I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, service was horrible. The only service we got was directed to our table and we sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to take our drink order. After no avail, we saw the manager and expressed the poor service that we had experienced and no customer service skills whatsoever was displayed. Perfect way to lose customers for life! Thanks for nothing. BW3's always delivers!

Horrible night. I get one date night a month, and it was ruined by their horrible service. We were ignored and overlooked, my water glass (the only thing we received) had been empty for 20 minutes. Out "server" had stopped by only twice in over an hour. Once to finally take our order, and the once 45 minutes later to tell us she would check on our order. I then found what I hoped to be the manager, he was the owner and the only reason I suspected he may be a manager was because he was talking to some of the employees. He was not wearing a company shirt or name tag. I told him that we had watched at least 5 other tables come and go and were still waiting on our food, and my drink had been empty for over 20 minutes. He asked what our server's name was and was more concerned with that then actually providing us with service. I gave it 5 more minutes and then we walked out, no food, no refill, and no service.

The place reminds me of shabby chic meets modern. They have a really relaxed and pampered feel when you walk in the door. The stylists are sporting the latest hair dos which give you a sense of what to expect for yourself. They do not disappoint when you leave the chair. My hair always looks polished with the latest highlight, lowlights, and color. I have always been pleased with whatever cut I request. You will also have the bonus of feeling like you have made a new friend for life.
Tips & Advices
A tree stump can take up to 10 years to rot away if it is left to decay naturally. The exact time that it takes for the stump to rot completely will depend on the type of tree and the conditions present in your yard. You can speed up the decay process by applying a fertilizer with a heavy concentration of nitrogen to the ground that surrounds the tree stump.
The stump removal method that you choose will determine whether there is a hole left where the tree stump used to be. Stump extraction involves removing both the stump and its roots, and the removal of the roots may leave you with a hole in your yard. Stump grinding removes just the tree stump, and since the stump's roots are allowed to remain, there is no hole left in your yard.
If you wish to plant a new tree in the same spot after a stump has been removed, your best best is to have the stump extracted. Stump extraction removes the old tree's roots, and this will give the new tree room to grow. With stump grinding, the tree stump's roots are left intact.
Tree stumps of all sizes can be ground or removed from your property. If you're choosing to have a very large tree stump extracted instead of ground, it's important to remember that this will be a major task, since a tree's root ball can grow to be four to ten times the size of the tree.
Stump extraction involves removing the entire tree stump and its roots from your yard. Stump extraction is a more complicated and time-consuming procedure than stump grinding, which involves simply grinding away the tree stump and leaving the roots intact. With stump extraction, you may be left with a hole in your yard once the tree stump's roots have been removed.
