The turn around on repairs is horrible! I have rented plenty of homes and NEVER have I had to basically beg for repairs to be completed. DO NOT USE this company, very unprofessional and do not return calls/text/email in a prompt/professional manner

Spine & Rehab Specialists
When I first came to Spine & Rehab Specialists, I had lower back and hip pain. After starting physical therapy, my pain decreased drastically with exercise and stretching. Although my pain decreased, it did not completely go away. They continued to work with me to try to find a solution for my pain. After trying various typed of exercises, we tried dry-needling which alleviated all of my pain. The entire staff was all very friendly and I especially want to thank Steve for continuing to work with me and finding different exercises to challenge me.

My experience at Spine and Rehab Specialists helped me recover from my back surgery. I went through physical therapy for eight weeks. In the process of therapy, I had several exercises to do three times out of the week. Before and after my exercises I had a heating pad along with neuromuscular electrical stimulation. One of the exercises was bridges that required me to arch my back while laying on my back. Squats and going up and down the stairs were two of my other exercises to be completed along with using the total gym to stretch out my legs. Both of my legs were stretched to the front and to the back to give my mobility back to be able to walk with ease. Before I went through therapy I could not stand for longer than thirty minutes at a time; after I completed therapy I can now stand up for up to fifty minutes. Walking after surgery was not easy but with the help of therapy I can now walk a football field in distance. Overall physical therapy was a positive impact on my recovery. Thank you to all the staff at Spine and Rehab Specialists!

My therapy has been successful in that my pain has been reduced. I can walk further and longer. Overall, I am stronger than I was when I entered therapy 2 1/2 months ago.

Spine & Rehab Specialists
When I first came to Spine & Rehab Specialists, I was in pain in my foot and neck for years without much relief from therapy at other places. I came two times a week for about 10 weeks. My therapist was Steven, and with his help and guidance, my strength and mobility steadily improved and now I am almost completely pain free. Today I graduated - Hurray! I'm so happy but I will miss this place. I want to say Thank You to the entire staff for always making me feel welcome. What a great place "Making me better for a healthy tomorrow!"

When I first came in my balance was off, I walked with a limp, and my legs were very weak. I didn't imagine myself ever walking normally again or running. Now my legs are a lot stronger. I can jog a short distance and I don't lose my balance as easily.
Tips & Advices
Driver can find the cheapest gas prices by using an app to search for the lowest prices in their area.  Some apps such as Gas Guru take note of your location, and provide a list of gas stations nearby, along with the cost of gas currently being sold at each station.
There are things you can do to slightly improve the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. Make sure your car's tires are properly inflated, and treat your engine to regular tune-ups. Check your engine's air filter, since a dirty air filter will compromise fuel economy.
Drivers must shut their engine off before pumping gas because it's illegal to fuel with the engine running, even though this law isn't always aggressively enforced. Pumping gas with the engine running can compromise your safety. When your car's engine is running, it's possible for its catalytic converters to generate heat that could ignite gasoline, and start a fire.
Even though many gas stations have warnings advising you not to use your cell phone while fueling, the chances of cell phones igniting a gasoline vapor fire are extremely remote. However, fires at the gas pump may be caused by static electricity discharge. For safe fueling, it's recommended that you turn off your car's engine and avoid smoking at the pump. Also, you should never re-enter your vehicle while refueling.
Many factors contribute to the lack of uniformity in gas prices. Retailers consider their tax responsibilities when setting gas prices. States place varying taxes on gasoline retailers, and a state with higher taxes will have higher gas prices than a state in which the taxes are lower. Also, if a gas station is located in an especially competitive area, a branded operator may receive wholesale discounts that allow the station to sell gas at a lower price. This is done by brands to keep their gas competitive in tight markets.
