Had the worst experience, bought a 2013 kia Sportage Mr. Alejandro the sales man said he was going to fix the radio which was not working, and some other defects that he promised to fix he was very persistent when I was interested in buying a car after I signed and he had promised he was going to fix all the defects he just ignored my texts. I called his supervisor to ask him about the radio and he was very rude and very unprofessional his name is Tony Aguilar. Very disrespectful person, he said he was looking for the radio and so far nothing this was back in July and I'm still waiting for that radio.I don't recommend anyone to do business with Mr. Alejandro or Tony Aguilar.

my vehicle needed some warranty work. i was told it would take a few hours to complete. it has know been four days still in the shop. and i have been getting the run-a- round by the management as to when my vehicle will be ready. they do not return my phone calls . poor customer service.

My car buying experience was pleasant enough back in 2013. Bought a 2014 Optima which I love. I bought the extended warranty on top of the 10/100,000 factory warranty which Viva touted as the total solution. Bumper to Bumper. Well, a belt tensioner went out. This is a part of the engine but apparently VIVA doesn't consider it between the bumpers because they refused to cover it. I spoke to several people who apparently thought that being preachy translated as "trying to help you". VIVA's description of helping in my opinion stopped when I drove off the lot in 2013. I haven't had a helpful interaction there since. So, VIVA informed me that the parts and labor would be 380.00! Extortion! You would have thought that they would have been willing to at least discount it seeing as the first indication that they were going to not honor their expensive warranty was the morning my car went into their service bay. But no. No offers to help, no sorry for the confusion. Even a small conciliatory gesture would have sufficed. Their solution was for me to buy a new car from them! "And give them another 5 years?" No way. Not a solution. I paid you thousands for a " Bumper to Bumper Warranty". You didn't honor your part of this bargain what makes me want to get into bed with you again? These aren't tires, brakes or a windshield crack, this is an engine part. Long story short, I called Integrity Kia on George Dieter. They are installing the part for nearly $150.00 less. So, in 2 weeks I'm going to look for a replacement Optima with Integrity. I won't do business with VIVA again. Customer service shouldn't end when you sign papers. Businesses thrive when customers return over and over again. I now know where I stand with VIVA. I also know now where I stand with their competitors. See you tomorrow for my service INTEGRITY and in a few weeks where I'll buy a new car from you instead of VIVA.

Viva Nissan
This place is trash. They only worry about you when you want to spend money. I traded in my car I got from them a few months back. I then started the process to get my GAP insurance and warranty refund. I called Viva Nissan several times to ask what paperwork I had to fill out to start the process, i literally never got someone from the finance department to answer the phone. It got to the point where I had to go to another Nissan dealership just to do the paperwork. I filled out the paperwork and sent it in. I waited the amount of time it said it takes( 6 weeks) . I then started contacting people because my GAP insurance check hasn't came in yet. I called the Insurance company directly and they told me they sent in the check to Viva Nissan a long time ago. I then tried calling Viva Nissan again . several weeks of this went by with no answers from the finance department and no response to voice mails. I finally got someone from finance to answer a month ago and she told me my check was there but the money comes in, in a lump sum so they have to separate it then send the checks out(MAKES NO FREAKING SENSE). Non the less i took this response and waited here it is a month later and still no check. I called to inquire about this AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW , NO ONE FROM FINANCE HAS ANSWERED!!!! TRASH!!! I will call the head store manager tomorrow and see if they can help me. To sum up my experience. I started a process about 3 months ago that is supposed to take 6 weeks total. I have called Viva Nissan about it for the same amount of time, I have gotten an answer to my phone call from finance once!!!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle! The salesmen at Viva Chrysler Dodge Jeep all very helpful and friendly. Antonio Cortes was willing to answer any questions and explain anything I didn't understand, he made buying a car easy and fun. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Stay away from this place!!!They sell used certified vehicles even the vehicles should be salvaged after a collision. Once you find out the car fax history their attitude changes. Really nice until there is an issue and then they stick it to you. Their sales manager it doesn't matter if you are in the military or not. They screw all people the same.

As a young 20 year old soldier this was to be my first car buying experience, i went in expecting to be taken care of , instead the dealership saw me as a quick sell to meet their end of the month qouta, they rushed the process, got me qoute on qoute "approved" fast foward 3 weeks later it turns out they told me a lie i had not been approved, they requested i turn in the vehicle I was purchasing, then things took a turn for the worst, their attitude and tone become disrespectful and rude, i requested I receive my trade in vehicle back, because according to the contract the trade in vehicle must be returned if the deal doesn't go through due to finance, it turns out not only did they lie about the approval, but had also sold my vehicle without finance going through, im going on 3 days without a vehicle as a soldier i need my vehicle and in having a hard time, ive spoken from mangers , to supervisors to sales GM, and everytime they are in unable to help,ive tried speaking to the GM of the store and have been denied numerous times the ability to speak to him... It has truly been a horrific and stressful experience...
