Reliable Plumbing
These guys are great!! My water heater went out and I called Reliable Plumbing and they sent out Angel P. and Johnny A. to install a new 10 year A.O. Smith 40 gallaon water heater. Both of these guys were very professional, courteous and willing to answer all my questions. They took the time to explain all of the operating details of the new heater along with my warranty. To me that is what I call service after the sale, not someting you find too often. I would reccomend Reliable Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Great job on the installation and clean work!! 5 Star Service!!

Bio Remedies
First things first, no one could provide me a camera inspection for a drain less than three inches. They just did not have the equipment. Everyone wants to come try to clean the lines and after having this done for the last three years, I was after a fix to the problem! Bio Remedies was able to provide me that fix. By placing a small camera through a two inch line, it led them to a four inch clay sewer line full of roots. I wanted a permanent solution and that solution was to line the clay pipe with a vinyl epoxy liner so that the roots would not grow back into the sewer line. I did not have to dig up the street or the yard. I was pleased with their service and would use them again in a heart beat. They were extremely prompt and Bio Remedies is far ahead in the use of technology and business practices, compared to other plumbers I spoke to. Thank you, Jerry!!!!Mark and Mary,Satisfied Customers

Dependable Plumbing Heating & Cooling Co
They installed new heater, ducting and AC unit. I mailed a check for what I thought was the final payment, but apparently, my math was off by $125. Instead of just calling me about the $125, they put a lien on my house and I had to fork out another $300 for their non-responsive lawyer to lift the lien. Then after we had their work inspected by an independent home inspector (we were selling the house) he found a leak in their work, and they refused to honor their warranty. This is just a few months after it was installed, they are being paid in full and wont make the repair, so I have to pay someone else $110 to do it. Seriously stay away from these guys. Horrible experience.

Smith-Johnston's Casa Plumbing
This company is Aweful. I was with out water for an entire week. And They never fixed my sink. They kept having me go around in circles. They never called back the all the times they promised. I had to cancel bc 7 days with out water. They kept saying my paper work was on another desk that they would call back, that was their excuse every time. And when I cancelled they where all casual about it. They didn't even appologize.I do not trust this company. They will rip you of your time and money.

Bio Remedies
Before I contacted Bio Remedies, I had contacted two other plumbers to come to look at the problem with the shower drain that was consistently being clogged up in recent weeks. Neither of them took the time to fully investigate the problem or spend much time to do the work to fix the drain. Both times those plumbers were in and out in about twenty minutes. One plumber went on to tell me that the pipe underneath the foundation was broken and needed to be fixed. This meant tearing up the shower floor foundation, replacing the pipe, and then having to replace the concrete foundation, retile the shower floor and maybe repair other parts of the shower that would suffer damage. I was not convinced of their diagnosis since he did not use any equipment to make this determination. To find a more competent plumber I went through a lot of the plumbers listed in YELP and chose Bio Remedies because their website said that they used the proper equipment to diagnose problems and to fix such problems such as video inspection and sensor leak detection. I put in for an appointment in which they showed up on time and brought into the house some equipment to inspect and work on the drain. They were there for roughly forty five minutes and worked in the shower for at least thirty minutes and were able to fix the drain. The only problem being that the drain was severely clogged. Considering that the house is fifty years old this was very understandable. Cost was not a problem as their fee was in line with other plumbing services. I highly recommend Bio Remedies and will for sure call on them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Professional Plumbing
I called Professional Plumbing and they promised to come out that day after 4:00 pm. They neither showed up or called. I waited two days for them to call. I called them back and they said surely that day because they were behind. When the tech showed up, he took the bottom off because it was leaking. He could not see where it was leaking so he said your pump is busted and the machine is old. You need a new dishwasher and charged me $69.00 and said call me when you get the dishwasher and I will give you a good deal. After he left, I pulled the dishwasher out and saw that the hose had slipped of and that was why it was leaking. I called the company and requested that they return and fix the original problem. He said he would send someone. I didn't hear from them in three days so I called Mr. Plumber who gave first class service. I will never call Professional Plumbing again.

Villagrana's Plumbing
Came to unclog my sewer line in my Mobil home, but the job was a little more complicated than expected. The sewer line was not straight it had a depression towards the end and was causing the drain snake to stall at that point. Other plumbers would of left the job or recommend to replace the whole sewer line, but the technician that they sent immediately found a solution to the problem. They cut the sewer line at the point of interest and immediately all the sewage along with what was causing the clog came out. Then they just removed everything from inside the pipe and sealed the pipe back up. Adjusted the sewer line to avoid any recurrences and cleaned everything up and the job was done. I had to pay more that the original quote but was reasonable. Good job guy's!

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
