The time it takes to check in was great. The organization and system at the El Paso Airport is easy to pick up and return. The Enterprise staff where friendly and helpful.

Personnel were courteous and professional. A total contrast to the Zaragoza rental where my reservation on,Labor Day weekend was not recognized and no cars were available even when a reservation was made two weeks prior. District manager was negligent of his duties by over booking and not keeping reservations for customers. This time I decided to use Convair site at ELP since they have personnel more attentive and responsible. I was right, they provided much better service and they should be emulated by their counterparts from the Zaragoza site, from Manager all the way down. Respectfully, Pablo E. Adame

The District Mgr. Ivan called to let me know I needed to turn the rental car in and I explained that my car was not yet fixed. He mentioned that he would give me the same rate but when Jouse helped me it seemed up selling was the most important aspect of helping me...The first young lady was so helpful and Javier came thru in the end. I'm a Vocational School Director and was dressed down because I was out with the CDL class. I won't say what I think but Jouse was not rude. He wasn't just very helpful.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at the El Paso Airport . we walked up to the desk and he was very rude to us. He couldnt even make the effort to try to help us. Yes we needed a copy of the insurance. We wanted to ask a simple question he rudly denied to answer. I am very disappointed in the way advantage has made my trip a very unpleasant situation with the way this representative represented your company. His name is Ignacio Elizondo. And I will be posting many other reviews due to his poor customer service.

After comparing prices in the area, I rested a 15 passenger van from Enterprise for taking the family on Spring Break. I got to the dealership and there was a problem with the van they had for me but they quickly substituted it for another one. The van I got was a Chevrolet Express Van which was just right for our needs. We removed the last row of seats at home-easy to do if your son-in-law is 6'5"-and we had room for all our stuff. I was pleasantly surprised at the 14+ MPG the vehicle gave over the course of the trip. This particular van also was able to use E-85 fuel. Although we did not find much of this around on the trip, we were able to fill up outside of Lake Charles, LA for $1.69 a gallon. The average on the trip was $2.20 for regular. We had the vehicle for 10 days and put over 2,900 miles on it without a hitch. The only negative is that because it was a substitute vehicle, it only had a forth of a tank of gas when we picked it up. This was noted on the contract and we returned with about the same amount. The other issue was the tire inflation warning system. It said two of the tires were low and they insisted they were ok and they were but it was a little distracting on the trip. This van tells you which tire is low so that made up for the problem. If either of the other tires would have gone down, presumably it would have told us. We had no problems on the trip. All in all the vehicle was a good value and just right for our needs. Four adults and three children traveling 2,900 did get rough at time but it was not the fault of the van. A great company and a great value.
