I brought my 2003 Lexus IS300 to this dealer to take care of a small problem that I ended up fixing myself. First of all, the service representative that "helped" me had a bad attitude from the second I walked in the door. I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, and just assume maybe she was having a bad morning, but regardless she seemed more hostile than friendly or helpful. She told me to pay $93 to have them look at the car (before doing any kind of labor or ordering parts). When I pointed out that I had already used a diagnostics tool at home, and read up on the problem at hand, she basically told me that I was probably wrong and they "don't work for free". I decided to go find the part to fix it myself and it ended up costing me $12 total to fix. Overall it was a very unprofessional encounter, and the only reason I rate 2 stars is because, even though I wasted my time going across town, I was seen almost right away. I would expect MUCH better from any dealer, especially ones selling higher-end cars like Lexus.

I did procure an 1199 Tricolor around April 2014 from a private sale, no problems w/the bike etc. I do all my own mx and no one touches anything i own unless i know you and trust you. shortly thereafter, a recall came in for a simple switch replacement. problem is i live 100mi from the dealership. DeShaun understood this, and after getting nice weather, i coord'd w/him to bring the bike first thing this past Saturday morning, i show up and 5 guys swarmed the truck to help off load it. The ducati tech was knowledgeable, seemed legit etc. He said give me until 2pm, and i asked if he can get the rear passenger pegs off as well which needed more than the std removal b/c of the aftermarket exhaust. He did this, no problem for IMO a reasonable price, i tried a few times but it was looking to be ducati PITA. He also adjusted the chain, updated the CPU etc. Right on queue, 2pm, DeShaun called and said bike is gtg. I get there, and no kidding, bike is done, everything was complete no BS and again 5 guys helped me load it w/o needing to start it.

I had bought my first Acura in 2010 from Hoy Fox Acura and had always taken my vehicle to get serviced there and always had good customer service. I had always said that I would purchase my next Acura out of town, for more options and better deals. But it wasn’t until 2015 when I took my 2010 TSX in for a regular service and I received A+++excellent customer service from the new Service manager, Julian Reyes. Because of Mr. Reyes’s excellent customer service I decided to just look at Hoy Fox’s inventory. I met Claudia, who went out of her way to meet my needs with also her excellent customer service. I ended up purchased another Acura from Hoy Fox Acura and kept my business here locally. I definitely will continue to take now both vehicles to get service here. I am a loyal customer to Hoy Fox Acura service department!! Thank you for your A+++ customer service!!

From the time I scheduled the service appointment for my Tiger 800 XCx, I was taken good care of by Manny, the service advisor. He listened to what I wanted to have done, got me scheduled promptly and gave me a fair price. When I picked up the bike, the technician (Marc) took the time to answer some questions I had and to talk about the bike. He even cleaned the air filter while he had the fuel tank off. Manny and another hardworking young man even helped me load the bike into my truck. This is the second service I've had done at VIVA and both experiences were very positive. The customer service is outstanding. Although I purchased the Triumph in Albuquerque, VIVA's team earned my respect and my business.

I just bought a jeep from them and my experience was more than excellent. They rescued me from a really bad situation from casa Ford Lincoln by helping me out with the situation and getting me out of there. Manager Cesar Valdez was very understanding and really helped me out. He was the one that took that handled the situation and drove me out of there. Luis Pérez was a very conscientious salesperson and they were both more than excellent. They also helped me get the car I wanted with very affordable payments and very friendly service. I read the other reviews looked at the dates and I from my experience I can tell you that best service I've had in a car agency. Hope this helps you.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at your dealership on Saturday, May 12th. The new vehicle was a Mother's Day present for my hard working wife. Mr. Greg assisted my wife and I in the purchase of the vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with the purchase, especially Greg's attention to detail in customer service. Greg even went out of his way and bought my two children food while we waited for our new car, a 2012 Toyota Corolla to be turned over to us. My wife and I were very pleased with the buying experience we shared at the Poe dealership. Thank you for making our buying experience a pleasant one.

Extremely rude manager Leslie Fleischer. He Flipped me off, and was rude to me. I just open the trunk in the car (showroom), and it's stuck. So aparentely it was MY fault. And instead of fixing the problem, and explaining WHY $106.000 mercedes has such an issue, he flipped me off. Wow. I know, my Mercedes is more than twice cheaper, and it's just a C Class, I am Russian, and I am not a buyer for $106.000 vechicle, but it definitely should not be the case of such a disrespect. Lucky him we not in Russia. Disrespectful garbage.On the other hand the service is very good. Fast and professional.

Shamaley Buick GMC
I had disccussed with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet merely for the fact that they are closer to my home. But becuase I own a Buick, I wasn`t sure if they could warranty service my vehicle. He informed me that they can. I had also joked with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet becuase they always wash my cars. Alex went above and beyond. My vehicle was washed, dried, and even vacuumed. I have been going to Shamaley since 2001 when I purchased my first vehicle. Alex is the only remaining service member face that I know and he has always been very courteous and helpful.

I am absolutely greatful for Casa Nissan Home of the Nice Guys!! Back in 2007 when I needed a car and didn't have much credit. Mr. Eddie Hernandez did everything in his power to help me out. And I purchased my first car! Yay!! Years later my husband and I wanted to upgrade our car since our family is growing and Mr. Eddie once again came to the rescue! We are greatful and so excited that we purchased our second car. Thank u Casa Nissan AND Mr. Eddie for doing your best and great support....but most importantly for making us feel feel like family!

I went to Viva Dodge with a Dodge Durango in mind. Luis Perez was the sales person who assisted me. I told him what my needs were for my family of 5. He ended up showing me a 2015 Dodge Journey that had all the features I could possibly want. I was impressed that Luis turned my attention to the Journey (which my kids love) even though they are considerably less expenisve than the Durangos. The rest of the experience went very smoothly, (Manager Oscar Garcia was also very helpful). When it's time to trade in, I will definitly go back.
