Super Good Movers
Super good movers is the most competent company for moving. The whole process was excellent starting with booking service. Carla was most professional and courteous when I called initially to get information. A large majority of front desk people answer the phone unwillingly, give short information and try to hang up as quickly as possible. Carla was most thorough with how she answered, her willingness to work with different ways of confirming information using new technology. I am very impressed with how efficient and professional phone help and the movers were. Emit and his colleague were so fast with helping me to get things loaded and transported. They were extremely careful with my things. It's my first time to have a company help with packing and transporting things. We were done within 2-3 hours. It is well worth the expense.. Instead of making multiple trips myself and invest in gas, I saved myself so much back pain and general body soreness. The movers move fast and reminded me of basketball players. They carried things and walked super fast. They are athletic and muscular, most respectful and professional. I'm a nurse and often avoid male help with most caution of who I let near. I am not nervous at all anymore after the experience I had with your service. Thank you IMMENSELY!!! KUDOS TO EMIT AND HIS COLLEAGUE. I cannot recall his name I apologize. Thank you Carla. Moving is very stressful. I had to move quickly and you made things sooooo easy for me. I will pass on the good word to all my friends and family. I moved a little over a month ago. The movers mentioned I could post a message here and gave me the website. May abundance fill your company. It's ALMOST UNHEARD OF to get good customer service these days it seems. I'm grateful you are current with technology to make things easier for us to move. My friend filled out the form you emailed and faxed it back. Super Good Movers
I have had to move four times in the last three years. Twice long-distance and twice locally... I have used different movers each time.... Super Good Movers beat out the competition (El Paso and Houston) by a long shot!! This last move was a very rushed and last moment move.... From the moment I called and spoke with Crystal I was put at ease and was given VERY competitive pricing!!! Move day was fast approaching and the crew actually arrived early, I was able to get the house packed up and ready for them to move a day earlier than scheduled. The crew, headed by Andrew, was courteous, professional and patient since they had to wait for me to finish the packing. They inventoried everything that was picked up and handled all my belongings with care. The weather in Houston is not kind on hot, humid June afternoons, but the crew kept going at a fast pace..... I was not able to meet them at destination and they worked with my storage facility in order to drop off my belongings. I got constant updates regarding drop off. I am very impressed by this company. You don't get customer service like this anymore.... Of all my moves, this one was definitely the easiest and less stressful... Thank you so much for your excellent work!!!!

Sacred Heart Moving and Storage
What a wonderful, professional group of guys that came to move me. The movers did come a little later than planned for but they did call well ahead of time to inform me of the situation which I appreciated. They DID make up for it as soon as they got to my home and boy can these guys move! I mean they are FAST. Not only were they fast, but extremely careful and aware of their surroundings. My foreman Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the whole process of what they were doing. He and his crew have a great system and had it down to a science. Taking care of my furniture was more important than price but even the cost was affordable. More affordable than other companies I got quotes from. I love the name and the matching service and I would absolutely recommend Sacred Heart Moving and Storage to my friends and family. Make sure not to skip over this outfit if you are moving. They turned out to be excellent movers for me. Thank you a bunch for everything!

Super Good Movers
If I could give Super Good Movers more than five stars, I would. They're not only the best movers I've ever hired, their customer service is second to none for most businesses I've ever encountered. I'm grateful for a job well done. My mother passed away several months ago, and we lost the house due to miscommunication over the reverse mortgage. We were given no more than 48 hours notice to be out of the house. The sheriff's department hadn't provided us with any previous notice even though they claimed they had. Without going into too much detail, within 15 hours of calling Super Good Movers, they had drivers lined up and they moved out the contents of a house where four people lived for more than 42 years in just under 5 hours. They put everything in storage for me. What made this really tough is I live here in Washington, DC and the house is in El Paso. Thanks, Super Good Movers.

Super Good Movers
I had a pleasant experience with Super Good Movers. The movers showed up on time to load at my storage unit, and they properly wrapped my furniture before putting it in the truck. I was able to give them a full inventory list when booking the load, so I was not charged anything additional to my original estimate. They provided all of the furniture pads/blankets for wrapping furniture. Everything was done very quickly - loaded in El Paso and unloaded in Dallas in less than 48 hours. Movers arranged and assembled furniture upon delivery. Only critique - When I booked the move, I was not informed of the 5% convenience charge for credit card payments. This information is not provided on the website either. I would have arranged to have another form of payment otherwise. But, other than that I was pleased with the customer service.

Super Good Movers
Super Good Movers are terrific. They were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They moved me twice -- once from my house to their storage and then from the storage to my new residence. They were very careful with everything. All my fragile pieces were wrapped up with padded blankets and handled with care. And their prices were extremely reasonable, I couldn't be more satisfied. I had the best movers ever, Emmett and Armando, they were very professional and knew what they were doing. I will recommend to anyone I know is moving.

Super Good Movers
We had an excellent experience with Super Good Movers. We chose to have them move us after having seen them do an excellent job moving our good friend. Everyone we dealt with, both on the phone and in person, were nothing but kind and courteous. They explained our options and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. They were careful with all of our furniture and household items and had us moved in record time, without breaking our budget. We would recommend their services to anyone who is planning on moving.

All Texas is ALL Amazing!!!!! First class service from beginning to end. Larry and his staff were great. He is available to answer all questions and ease the anxieties that come with moving. All items were loaded, stored for three weeks (while we were waiting for our closing date) and then delivered on time without a single scratch, dent, chip etc... This is my 3rd move in about 10 years and by far the best one. From start to finish everything worked as promised: they did not charge me more although I had added a few pieces, they worked around my schedule, especially for the delivery, and except for a small nick (they settled this within 3 days) everything arrived in perfect condition! Kudos to Mr. Duran and his team lead by Javier - I will call you for my next move!

Yes, it’s best to empty drawers, wardrobes and chests before a move. Items always get knocked around a bit, and doors can fly open even if they’ve been taped. In fact, more often than not, movers will want to remove the drawers from a dresser--or disassemble the wardrobe to be more space-efficient.
Yes, it is customary to tip movers, but the amount varies widely. For full-service moves, a 5 percent tip is suggested, although, for extra service, some people go up to 10 percent . For small local movers, you can give each mover $10 for a few-hour job, or $20-$40 for jobs that take longer.
A bill of lading is the legal contract for the move. It provides a detailed receipt, in addition to a contract between the client and the mover. It authorizes the mover to transport the goods from one specific point to another, and it outlines the exact scope of services, with cost breakdown for those services. It also provides an itemized list of the inventory, and carrier liability protection for each declared item. Finally, it specifies the payment arrangement. Make sure to go over your itemized list extremely carefully before finalizing the paperwork--and get a copy of the full document. A good mover will go over everything on the bill of lading with the customer.
There are several items that moving companies will not move – those items will be listed on a document as “non-allowables.” These items typically fall in three categories: perishables, sentimental/personal items, and hazardous material. Perishables are food and plants. Sentimental/personal value is up to the client to decide, but usually includes jewelry, medical and dental records, personal paperwork, valuables and collectibles. Hazardous material is the tricky category, since it includes a lot of everyday items found in the garage, garden or kitchen. For example, cleaning liquids and pesticides both are considered non-allowable by many companies. Some go so far as to disallow nail polish and batteries.
A binding estimate means that the moving company cannot charge more than the stated amount, though they can lower the final bill if the scope of the job was smaller than expected. A non-binding moving estimate is more likely to wind up costing more than expected, since the movers can increase their rates for unforeseen variables like stairs, “long carry” and materials.
