These people are a nightmare. They came to my house, were very pushy, unprofessional, they didn't take no for an answer, instead they took it personal and became hostile and unprofessional. They were asking personal questions (how much my husband got paid, how much my house costs and my monthly payments). They made themselves at home rudely and would hold vulgar conversations among themselves. I had to literally kick them out of my house. I was crying by the time they left my house. They started to intimidate me and that man still had the nerve to call the next day to followup. I called the police that night because I was scared they'd come back. DONT let them into your house.

they lie on estimates, over charge you. They out right blame the customer for everything, the rudest people to deal with, he yelled at me in front of my kids. Horrible, horrible man that owns this place. He said he owns all the ones in El Paso so he isn't worried about bad reviews. He is a scammer. The vacuum broke after one year. Never never deal with this place, never buy a Kirby!

If I could give -5 stars I would. This place is a scam! First they blame the customer for everything. My vacuum is a year old and it is falling apart. They blamed me, they blamed another customer for the same thing while I was in there. They lied about the estimate, if you ask for an itemized receipt you will see the hidden charges that I DID NOT authorize, they do not let you speak to the mechanic, they are personally insulting. The owner said he didn't care if I was satisfied with the service because he owns all the Kirby stores in El Paso. He said he did offer military discounts but would not allow me to have one because I complained. The owner just sits in the chair and refused to help me when he was doing absolutely NOTHING! He said that is what the office manager is for (she was on the phone) HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, the worst I have ever encountered.

Company has a "D" rating with BBB. Owner is unethical and refused to pay for damages to my pillowtop mattress that occured during demonstration.
Tips & Advices
Ideally, service vacuums every 12-18 months. With time, dirt and lint can gather on the vacuum's motor bearings, which can slow the roll of its brush and place undue strain on its motor. The brush may also wear out with time, and this can reduce the vacuum's cleaning ability by as much as 50 percent. Dirty motor bearings can also cause the vacuum's engine to overheat.
Vacuums with higher amperage don't necessarily provide better cleaning. A vacuum's amperage is the amount of electric current that flows through the unit. While high amperage can favorably affect performance, other factors play even more important roles. Air flow is a key variable to consider, since it will give you an idea of how well the vacuum handles suction. Other important factors include filtration, hose quality, and nozzle design.
Upright vacuums stand vertical, and include the motor and suction head in the same unit. With canister vacuums, the cleaning nozzle is located at the end of a wand that connects to a wheeled canister via a hose. The canister holds the unit's engine, filter, and dust bags, and it needs to be dragged by the user when the vacuum is being operated. Upright vacuum cleaners tend to be less expensive than canister vacuums, but canister models tend to be more maneuverable.
A stick vacuum cleaner has its dustbin container incorporated within the stick that connects to the nozzle. This gives it a cleaner look than other types of vacuum cleaners, and it also reduces its weight. Stick vacuum cleaners require minimal storage space, so they're a good choice for apartment dwellers. However, they typically have less cleaning power than other types of vacuums.
Vacuum cleaner stores usually specialize in specific brands. Large chain stores often carry mainstream brands that are widely known, while smaller vacuum cleaner stores are more likely to carry lesser-known specialty brands. When evaluating vacuum cleaners from different brands, it's important to consider things like the unit's air flow, and the warranty protection offered.
