1) Two years ago I took my son's keyboard to Danny's Music Box for repair. It sat there for a month -- two personal visits and several phone calls and nothing was happening. So, I took it to Bertie's -- and they had it fixed and back to me in a week!2) I had a bass that I sent to the Guitar Spa -- or something like that. The repairman met me in a mall parking lot and took my bass back to his lair. Several phone calls and over a month later -- I go to pick it up. It still needed adjustments, so, I took it to Sergio at Bertie's who took five minutes to correct the problem the Guitar Spa hadn't.3) I took another bass in, this time to Bertie's for neck check, string change, and fine tuning. Three days later, they call, it's ready --- perfectly set up. Moral to this story: Avoid the rest and go to Bertie's for your next instrument repair. Maybe you'll become a regular like me.
