Bella Homes
The houses they build are tens of thousands of dollars over priced due to neglecting to mix materials properly, apply materials to product specification and use recommended materials to ensure the cladding of the home is sufficient to last even a couple of years. We had code violations observed upon later inspection from a source not well connected to the owner and that is just the outside of the home. On the inside we have had cracks around nearly every window and plenty of interior walls. Nails continue to pop out all over the home because the screws were never actually put into beams. We had a granite counter top crack upstairs within 3 months and the sink in the kitchen was never caulked right to its granite counter top. Large cracks around the garage door supports. Molding not secured to the walls and the sewage pipes are at a dead 90 degree angle under the driveway. Many driveways in my community are not even long enough for people to park their vehicle in without blocking the sidewalk. The grout was not done right in the bathrooms and all they offer to do is use an ugly caulk instead of doing what I paid for and keeping their promise to honor their warranty. I have been mocked by their employees when asking for help and when the owner Richard Aguilar found out from his friend who is a city inspector he got a lawyer to make things more difficult and expensive to be resolved instead of doing the right thing. All the while they have known I was a disabled combat veteran. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars in expenses, lost over a thousand dollars with insurance for something they were responsible for, my family has been embarrassed to live in our home at many a time and caused mental anguish. They are part of a racket. The people they send to fix it have gone as far as to say they essentially werent paid to fix things correctly. I would not recommend this company to my wife's ex husband.

Cullers Homes
Very Impressed with this building company! I don't even know where to begin. From the moment our Realtor showed us the CH Sales Center to when we closed on our home, it was a wonderful experience. The Cullers Team were responsive to our needs and requests throughout the entire process. We have been in our home now a little over a year and couldn't be happier. We love our Cullers Home!

Clint was just awesome to work with! He took the time and was very patient while we looked at many different models and floor plans. he took us around to see many of them. And we finally found this one we love...a one-story, large yard, and right next to a park. We love it. Perfect location!

I would highly recommend Cullers Homes to any family or friend. We chose Cullers specifically for their Energy Efficient homes and were shocked at how low our electric bills have been.

Tips & Advices
Windows that open from the top are safest for children, assuming the child can't reach the opening. Parents who have windows that open from the bottom or sides can childproof them with wedges or window guards.
  • How long have you been in business?
  • Do you have any references or past work I can see?
  • Do you provide free estimates?
  • How much will the project cost?
  • When will the project be completed?
  • Is the crew hired or contracted, and do you conduct background checks?
  • Who will be in my home?
  • Do you offer a warranty?
Not necessarily. Unless all the windows are equally damaged or pose equal danger, homeowners can stagger their replacements to suit their budget.
  • Wood frames are beautiful and can be customized with paint and stains, but they also expand and contract as the weather changes. They're also susceptible to rot, mold, and pests. As such, wood frames require constant maintenance.
  • Vinyl frames are far more durable than wood. They resist moisture and are usually created with ultraviolet light stabilizers. This prevents the sun from damaging the frames over time. In addition, vinyl frames can be filled with insulation.
  • Aluminum frames are light and weather resistant, but they also conduct heat rapidly.
  • Fiberglass frames are the sturdiest option. Like vinyl options, they can be filled with insulation. Fiberglass frames also resist weather damage and do not crack, peel, expand, contract, bend, or warp.
Single-pane windows use one sheet of glass. Double-pane windows use two sheets of glass held together by a sealant. A small space between the panes is filled with air or gas to minimize the transfer of heat. Triple-pane windows add another sheet of glass and insulating space.
