Century 21 Clark Bros
Horrible service if you're a tenant. Do NOT rent from them. Will make any excuse to not fix anything that they're responsible for.

It can give 0 stars. After driving around I found the house I wanted, i went into the office to fill out the paper work. I asked if the owner was coming back soon and she said no. I got the keys and I expected century 21 Nancy to show up at the house but that didn't happen. I had to knock on the neighbor door to find out how to turn the water and heater on. Nancy didn't show up for the walk through either, so I wrote down all deficiencies. After living there for a year they inform me isella through a voice mail that the owner was coming back. We had a water leak to the point that the roof was caving in and I inform them. They refused to send someone out. I had to let them know that if the roof cave in on my baby there's going to a serious issue. When it came time to move Nancy and isella showed up every day for a week saw the water damage but never said anything. Where were they when I was moving in. Now they refuse to give me my deposit stating is for the water damage. How can that be when they was inform for 2 weeks and I was still under my lease.

Eastwood Animal Clinic
The facility quoted $95 for a spay then charged $214--taking advantage of an elderly lady. They refused to negotiate and threatened to call the police. Well this is incorrect and a "threat". Rest assured, after using this facility for approx 15 years, we shall not return!

Eastwood Animal Clinic
I carefully chose this clinic to take my bird to get his beak clipped. I arrive 30 min after having spoken to the receptionist and driving, only to be told that they were sorry but that one of the workers was on vacation and they did not have anybody to help the vet hold my bird. I had called 3 days before and was told to come in at that day and time, and had called 30 minutes before arriving to double check, as I live on the opposite side of time. I worked my week's work schedule around this appointment, only to be told that they were sorry but it was an oversight and that I must understand. No accountability for their mistakes and nothing to offer me for wasting the only free time I had to have my bird seen this week. Now I have to wait until next week because I mistakenly chose to take my bird to this clinic. I recommend to save yourself the trip as they don't even care for their client's situation. Very dissatisfied at their unprofessional attitude, and I will not be coming back.

Allstar Animal Hospital
I've trusted Dr.Navar with my dogs for 25+ years. He is the best and most important, treats our pets like part of the family members. I love him!
Tips & Advices
Most 24-hour clinics do not allow owners to stay with their pets overnight. However, many do have specific visiting hours or will let owners see their pets at any point during the day. In addition, owners can call most clinics at any time for an update on their pet's well being.
  • Important phone numbers, especially those of the the veterinary clinic, the animal hospital or emergency clinic, and the poison control center
  • A book detailing pet first-aid steps
  • Copy of medical records
  • Nylon leash
  • Muzzle (only use if pet is not vomiting and has no difficulty breathing)
  • Absorbent gauze
  • Nonlatex disposable gloves
  • Scissors
  • Tweezers
  • Nail clippers
  • Digital thermometer
  • Sterile saline solution
  • Hydrogen peroxide (to induce vomiting only at the recommendation of a veterinarian
  • Milk of magnesia (to absorb poison only at the recommendation of a veterinarian)
Find a 24-hour animal hospital that provides emergency services within your area. Keep the facility's contact information in a place that's easy to locate, such as the refrigerator, address book, or smartphone. Most veterinary clinics operate on standard business hours and are not equipped to handle emergencies.
Veterinary clinics operate on a smaller scale than animal hospitals. The latter are more likely open 24 hours and provide emergency services. The former generally operate on typical office hours and only perform wellness exams and minor surgeries. Veterinary clinics also do not generally perform laboratory tests on site.
The specifics vary depending on the type of visit. For a wellness exam, bring:
  • Medical records
  • The type or brand of food the pet eats
  • Medication (including flea, tick, and heartworm medication).
If the animal needs medical treatment, the following may be helpful depending on the situation:
  • Fresh stool sample
  • Vomit sample
  • Video of the pet engaging in abnormal behavior
  • Substance the pet may have ingested
