02/08/2013Mister Car Wash & Express Lube
This is for the Gateway Blvd location. This was our second time going here. The first time they did awesome, but the second time they did absolutely terrible! We asked for our truck to be washed, vacuumed, SEATS & carpets shampooed & the inside wiped down. We told the lady that first helped us that we wanted them to be careful with our amp & showed them how it sits on the seats when they're folded up(so they could do the carpets with no problem). Well we left our back seats folded up & when we got our truck back we looked at it & folded the seats down to see that they hadn't even touched the seats. No vacuuming or shampooing at all. when we asked them about it they said "that's not what we ordered". I'm pretty sure I know what we ordered. Once we got home, we went out & lint rolled our seats to get the dog hair off & with further inspection found that they didn't even vacuum under the seats. There was still tons of dirt, change, dog hair & crumbs under there. I even called to talk to a manager & was on hold for 15 minutes, when I finally decided to hang up. So we paid $90.00 for a crap job. We won't be going back.
First of all, Cascade Car Wash on Dyer is very much still opened as of today, December 21st, 2012. I just talked with the owner of the phone and he was surprized that someone is sharing false information. I have been taking all my cars to Cascade for years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Their attention to detail is paramount and if for some reason there is an issue or you're not satisfied, they will correct the problem without charging, at least this has been my experience. I've taken my vehicles to other detail places but Cascade "out shines" them all, no punn intended. As a matter of fact I'll be going to see them over the weekend as we're gearing up for company and the holidays.
