We are being harassed through information technology and business telephone calls.I Carmen Cecilia Gonzalez owner of Classy Cuts Pet publicly announce the harassment, defamation, violence, Internet telephone which I am a victim of. My clients want to know the reality of the events with BUBBA. On June 10, 2015 in the morning,Classy Pet Cuts received a pet yorki named Bubba, the person who left him was Rita Owens, the procedure performed was the same given to all our customers, nails, bathing, brushing, ear cleaning, for as long as the pet will allow us. Bubba did not present any complications or pain while in our care. When the owner came the dog greeted her very warmly. The next day Mrs. Rita Owens appeared asking what had happened to BUBBA? Our response apprehended and will be, that every pet that enters my business are treated with love, respect and care, nothing happened during the salon.Not satisfied with our explanation on Saturday June 13 at 10 am Mrs aRita Owens came in with her daughter Teresa Owens this person accused us of having broken Bubba's rib and wanted us to ask her forgiveness and to Confess to something that did not happen, not getting what she wanted she left threatening a lawsuit.Mrs. Teresa Owens has dedicate her time in campaigning against Classy Pet Cuts through information technology, making people who do not know the service we provide, put aggressive comments about our workClassy pet cuts have all the permits required for its operation and in four years of service our reputation has been excellent. We have customers all over El Paso and Chaparral, crosses, again, it is a highlight for his human quality, service Customer but above all love and respect pets and their owners.Medically it is impossible for a dog with a broken rib does not show any symptoms of pain in the 15 minutes that passed before his owner received it and when she was holding his behavior was normal.Now we wonder after he left the business premises what happened?We handle Dogs ranging from 2 months to 19 years and we have evidence and commentary customers good service provided.We ask the community and our customers to share this announcement and support us in social networks leaving your comment. And those who do not know our services and facility, we invite you to visit us so that you can give an accurate opinion.Mrs. teresa only looks guilty and does not want to see reality.

Jacqui Hair Salon
I've been going to Jacqui's once a week for many years...and so have a lot of my friends. Julie (Jacqui's daughter) has done my nails for more than 20 years and is the absolute best nail lady/person that I have ever been to anywhere!!! In or out of El Paso- she is the BEST. Many of my friends get their hair done at Jacqui's. The stylists are very good and talented. There is not a lot of turn over there. They all get along well and there's no drama like you see in other salons. I see different friends coming and going each week during my nail appointment.They are all happy and look great. The salon is a family owned- mother and daughter(s) business. I am always greeted when I walk in the door. EVERYONE from the janitor to the owners are extremely nice and easy to get along with. There is always a bit of music playing but its not a loud head banging kind of place, where everyone is trying to be "hip" and are kind of fake. There is usually lots of laughter and visiting going on. It's the perfect place to go to if you want...a clean, pretty (yet casual), fun, friendly atmosphere. I look forward to going to each week.

I went in on Feb. 15 after reading several good reviews about this place. I requested Martha because the reviews were raving about her and I am so glad she did my hair! I had not colored my hair or styled it in years so I really did not know what to do with it but Martha was patient and suggested different things she thought would look good. We decided on highlights and long layers. I was super nervous about highlights because I had never gotten them before but they came out so great! Martha did a great job on my hair and she was so sweet. The other ladies in the salon were all so nice and other customers who left seemed content with their cuts as well. The prices were very reasonable, the highlights on my long hair and my style came out to only $120.00 which I've been told by friends is a very fair price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and will be taking my mom for a cut and color, and my brother for his haircuts!

Three years ago when my husband and I committed to owning our first Shi-Tzu a we knew we would have to find somebody that would take care of her grooming needs. A close friend, who has been taking her babies to Vicki at the Pet Shop for years, gave me a wonderful recommendation. I must admit that she has never failed us. Our baby is always nervous by nature when she goes in, but it is clear that when we pick her up she has been treated excellent. Aside from her demeanor, the results are always excellent. If you own a Shi-Tzu you know how high maintenance they can be, her hair is cut beautifully and face always clean. I've never had a problem with cuts or scratches on her skin. Without a doubt if you are looking for a pet groomer The Pet Shop is the way to go!

I am not sure who wrote that review but it is a FALSE accusation. We are members with the BBB and if that statement had been true it would have been reported to the BBB. You could look at our complaints and we have NONE. In the 3 years that we have been open there has been NO complaints, ZERO. I am assuming that this false accusation was probably placed by a competitor. It's a shame that people have to resort to lying about other people to make them feel better about themselves. This is NOT the first time that a FALSE accusation has been posted, but again check with the BBB. Funny Dog Grooming
I've brought my 3 small dogs here easily 15 times over the last 2 years, so that's about 45 haircuts in total I've never had a bad experience. I especially started appreciating them and their low prices when I tried trimming my poodles hair on my own and got snapped at and noticed all the little details they do. I've never had a bad experience and the people are friendly I also appreciate how they're open on Sunday's and most holidays. Dogs are unpredictable especially when they're stressed in an unknown environment and with out their owners so I appreciate them always doing a good job and being patient with 3 dogs :)

Pampered Pet Grooming Salon
My husband been taking my dog to pampers pet for 2 years now. She looks beautiful and smells fresh and clean when she comes home; the looks speak for itself, cleaning wise, just because she smells good doesn't mean she's cleaned well. Other than that, she has pretty bows in her ears, though when I remove these bows she has big bumps where the rubber band is placed on her ears. This happened twice, but she doesn't seem aware of this nor does it seem like it bothers her. My husband still brings her there, but I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone because of this.

My buddies told me about this hair salon and the great prices they had for the military. I usually go to barbers since they specialize in mens haircuts, but I kept being told this hair salon was great for mens haircuts and the price was great. I finally went and got Jerry and was really impressed. He gave me an awesome haircut and since I paid cash the price was only $6.00 for military. I was shocked at the price but even better was my great haircut. Everyone was right this place is great and I strongly reccommend it you cant beat their military specials!

Barks N Bubbles Grooming
I want to tell about Norma and her place. She has a lot of patience and listens to her customers. I have an impatient poodle terrier mix and Norma is very kind and understanding. After Daisy gets tired and frustrated and Norma may get to that point too, I told her to just place Daisy back in the kennel and then after a while she does fine. What I love is that the three poodle mixes come out happy and calm. That is rare for some grooming salons we had been to in the past. I highly recommend Barks N Bubbles. Thanks, Norma. Daisy, Dolly, and Rocky love you.

my husband gets his haircut at the hair salon and told me they also do hair coloring and highlights as well. He recommended his hair stylist Jerry. I was not sure since I though they were a mostly mens haircut salon but he convinced me to try it out. Jerry was out of this world. Not only was he friendly and made me feel safe with him coloring my hair, wow the highlights were the best ever. I am so happy I listened to my husband, this hair salon is not for men only and Jerry is out of this world ladies. Thanks again Jerrry!
Tips & Advices
Some pet groomers have viewing areas where owners can sit and watch their pets being treated. Most prevent owners from being in the same room as the pet, however, as the owner's presence might cause the pet to become too excited.
Pets that cannot interact with strangers do not make good professional grooming candidates. Sometimes medication can help, but some groomers don't take animals that have been sedated. If a pet becomes too unruly, a groomer may end the session entirely.
It's best to fully vaccinate pets before bringing them to their first grooming appointment. Dogs should receive the DA2PPC vaccine, which stands for canine distemper, canine andenovirus type 2, canine parvovirus, and parainfluenza. It's also a good idea to vaccinate dogs against Bordedatella (aka “kennel cough”). In fact, New York City requires dogs receive both DAPP and Bordetella shots. Cats, meanwhile, should get the FVRCP vaccine: feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus infection, and panleukopenia. In addition, all pets should be up to date on their rabies shots. Owners should wait at least 24 hours after getting their pet vaccinated before bringing it to the groomers.
Technically, there is no such thing as a pet that is too old for a professional groomer. In fact, older pets with joint or mobility issues often can't groom themselves and need someone else to clean them. However, pets that are blind, deaf, or have serious medical issues might not do well at a groomer, especially if the person is inexperienced. Owners should feel free to ask potential groomers about their understanding of elderly pet issues. Often, older pets will exhibit puppy-like behavior and squirm or yelp during grooming. Alternatively, they might not be able to stand for long periods of time. As such, grooming an older pet usually takes more time than grooming a young one.
Puppies and kittens should be at least 10 weeks old before their first professional grooming session. They should be used to being gently handled by strangers and comfortable being separated from their owners for a few hours at a time.
