Martin Tire Company
I had a flat tire that several companies would charge me for repairing, but would continue to leak. At Martin Tire, they took it off the car, placed it under water and found that the leak was coming from a crack in my rim. It was never the tire in the first place. Martin Tire sold me another wheel, that matched my others and got me back on the road in no time. Thanks Guys, you're the best! I will definitely be back when I need tires.

I had a flat tire and they showed me how it wasnt fixable. I liked that they showed me instead of just telling me. I did not have alot of money but that was okay they gave me a good selection of new tires still to choose from and they had themm in stock. I was impressed

El Centenario
Please do not go here. They installed breaks for my mother's vehicle and it seems like they rushed the installation or did not know how to do the job. She almost had an accident as she was driving when they finished with the vehicle. They didn't completely finish the job and luckily my mom was able pull into a driveway safely. If this had been on the freeway, it would have been disastrous. It seems they value your money and their time more than the actual customer and the safety of the customer. The place is very dirty and unprofessional too. I'm not one to review places in a negative manner, or to review any businesses for that matter. I'm usually pretty content, but this place is horrible.

Im really upset with this guys including the mananger because my buddy left 3 semi tires for me. Also he had to pay a fee For leaving them. It shocked me how every single worker in there including the manager gave me different stories to stop me from taking my buddys tires. In conclusion, they all can seat on a bike with no seat.

I purchased 2 new tires and asked them to put on the front of the car. After I paid and they told me my car was ready to take I noticed the new tires were on the back. I reminded the salesman of my request and he said they are required to put on the back. I also asked to hand tighten which they told me they are not allowed to do. Manager said to bring back for free tire rotation which is in writing on their bill. When I did they said they would not rotate because the better tires need to in the back. When I pointed out in the agreement they said that did not matter.Stay away from Martin Tire, the worse liers and service I have experienced in years

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. THAT PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!! Mr. Olivas is a crook!!! He is the owner. I reported him and his repair shop to BBB...He refuses to honor warranties and screwed me and several other people over. He does NOT know anything about being a good business owner. He cons people out of their money and doesnt warranty his work or their NO GOOD TIRES! EVEN IF YOU HAVE RECEIPTS AND PROOF, HE STILL WILL NOT HELP YOU. He is a very rude person and a con artist..., dont do business there....I was his victim.

Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
