Garcia Wrecker Service
Needed to move a vehicle on Sunday, so my mechanic could begin prep work to replace an engine. Started calling Tow Companies around 1100, got a few no pickups, a lot of voice mails promising call backs (without ever getting a callback) and some severe lack of enthusiasm about having to do a tow on a Sunday. Then I called Garcia Wrecker. I got an immediate call back and had a wrecker on site in about 30 minutes. Equipment was clean and well serviced and Jesus the driver/operator was knowledgable and extremely professional.Overall fantastic service at a fair price. Highly recommend and if the situation requires, a company I will use again.

Garcia Wrecker Service
A few days ago I had these guys tow my dad's 1965 GMC pick-up. Needless to say, it's his baby and I must say they took great care of it. They were on time, got the job done fast, and were very polite (but not the overly talkative kind, he was there to do what he had to do). I even received a thank you letter today.Highly recommended!

DNM Towing
All we needed was the car towed for a about a mile. While everyone else wanted to charge us an arm and a leg, the Representative charged us a reasonable fee, and was very professional when picking up and delivering the vehicle to its temporary destination. I highly recommend their towing services over any other.

B.E.G. Towing
BEG towing was very helpful when we needed help getting our vehicle to a mechanic after it broke down. The owner was helpful and friendly and really seemed to know what he was doing. Our SUV was on the truck in no time and he did it at a fair price. We will be recommending him to all our friends in the future.

Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
