I TRAVELED FROM GRAPEVIBE, TEXAS TO EL PASO ON MY 2012 GTI ON JUNE 20TH, 2015. JUST WHEN I ARRIVED TO EL PASO, TX I NOTICED THAT MY VEHICLE WAS ACTING FUNNY, IT WAS STALLING WHILE I WAS DRIVNG AND WHEN I WAS AT A STOP. I BARELY MADE IT HOME SO I SPENT THE NIGHT LOOKING FOR THE REVIEWS ON LINE ABOUT RUDULPH VOLKSWAGEN. THE REVIEWS WERE EXCELLENT, SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY VEHICKE THERE.MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALEX HATORILLA PROVIDED ME WITH THE MOST AMAIZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. SHE DEALT WITH EVERYTHING FOR ME, FROM THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, RENTAL, ALL THE WAY TO MAKE SURE MY VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME FOR MY TRIP BACK TO GRAPEVINE, TEXAS. THE MASTER MECHANIC JHON ANSELL WAS SO PROFESIONAL TO THE POINT WHERE HE SAID "I WOULD STAY LATE IF I HAVE TO TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ON TIME ON THURSDAY"I AM JUST SO GLAD AND CONTENT WITH THIS EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD TO SHARE IT WITH EVERYBODY OUT THERE, AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE "BENT OVER BACKWORDS" TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY TAKE OUR TRIP BACK ON TIME FOR ME TO GO BACK TO WORK.I GUESS THIS IS ONLY ONE REASON WHY RUDOLPH VOLKSWGEN IS THE NUMBER 1 SERVICE DEPARTMET IN THE NATION.THANK YOU VERY MUCH ON BEHALF OF AND FAMILY AND I.
I have taken my Altima 2004 to Lencho Mufflers on three nonrelated occasions. Lencho's has repaired the exhaust system, placed 4 new tires, replaced front brake pads and performed some engine work to ensure a smooth quiet ride. Each time he insured that the work was completed in a timely fashion and the bill was fairly priced manner. That is why he got a First Class rating and why I returned to his shop to repair or replace the transmission on Sep. 18, 2017. As of today Sep 30.(a Friday again) I have yet to get my car back. Not even a phone call or text informing me that the auto is either ready or why it is no ready. Twice in two weeks after work, I had a co-worker drive me to Lencho's so I could pay and get my car back. Twice I was told by Mr. Lencho it was not quite ready but he would have it ready by the next day (Saturday). He even stated he would call the moment it was READY. He has yet to call today and failed to call on previous occasions. Why such a downturn in service and pricing (btw). Once this situation is resolved I will write the review for this 4th encounter, I hope it comes to satisfactory conclusion. Stay Tuned my fellow vets and active-duty SOLDATS. SOLDIERS.

Awesome Job!!! First of all, I had never done business with this shop in the past, until about two weeks ago. I am one of those people that dont go to a mechanic that is not recommended, but my transmission was in need of a complicated repair and I knew it had to be some one certified, that way it would be worth spending the money. I went by the reviews the shop has online, everything I could find. I could not find a dispute unresolved. So I went for it, they offered a fair price for the repair, kept me updated. When I went to pick up my SUV, Johnny (the owner) showed me the parts that were replaced. Excellent customer service. After I picked up my SUV, when I came home I noticed a wired noise, I took it back the next day, and Johnny checked it out right away. They replaced the part that needed to be changed with no extra charge. He said so him self "if its something we did, we will take care of it." and he did just that. Not only that but the warranty I got on my rebuilt transmission is good for one year and valid nation wide, so this was a good investment. So overall, a job well done!!

I was visiting El Paso for a week. I found myself dealing with a dead Corolla 2 days before my return trip to Utah. I suspected a starter as the battery voltage was perfect. I was sorta in a pickle. I picked this business ONLY because he was close to me. Just a shot in the dark. I researched them a little beforehand on the BBB and saw an A+ rating, so I had the car towed there and crossed my fingers. Well, the owner Johnny called a couple hours after my car was delivered to him, and confirmed yes it was a dead starter. He told me a price, which I later confirmed by phoning a Toyota dealer, was LESS than half of a quote from a dealership in El Paso. He said it would be done the next day, and even offered to bring the car back to me. I was able to get a ride there the next day after he called again telling me it was finished and the quoted price was exactly what I paid. LESS than 24 hours and he was done with it! Johnny was very professional, and very nice. I may never need a mechanic in El Paso again, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else. Overall a very fast and fair deal. He saved my cookies!
I went to Mr. Lencho's shop on three previous occasions and came away quite satisfied. He repaired my exhaust/muffler (hole), replaced wheel bearings, corrected front end motor noise and replaced my front brakes. All repairs were finished in a timely manner and the price never wavered from his estimate. For these reason, I decided to have him repair or replace my tranny. I received reports from friends who travel by his shop that my car has not moved from where I parked it for at least the first week and they just started replacing the tranny on the very day(Friday) he assured me it would be ready. Although the owner says my car will be ready manana (Saturday 30th), I doubt it because he said the same thing LAST FRIDAY. I will await the return of my auto before I give my review and I will stick to the timeline and the facts as they occurred. You be the judge. I hope to write a positive review, soon! Please bear in mind I gave him a First Class rating because it was well deserved and based on my first three visits. Stay Tuned!
Just a great "First-Class" shop!I took my Volkswagen Jetta into this place to have the transmission replaced along with the clutch and some other things. I can honestly say I have finally found a shop who does things right!From start to finish, the pricing was fair and straightforward, no surprises during the process... just a "good and honest" place!The work was performed right on time, a day early to be specific. Not a single flaw in their work.They took the time to explain everything beforehand, I was very comfortable from the get go all the way through!Thank you to Patrick, Mike and Bill and to the rest of your team! You all were truly courteous to do business with... you're really doing things right!I've already recommended others with absolute confidence and I will continue to spread the word. Year- 2002Jeep Wrangler Sahara Ed. brought in w/ 90k+ milesWork- new engine, new radiator, new thermostat, new fuel injector, new spark plugs, new crankshaft, and new idle speed control. (pretty much everything that runs in my car had to be replaced because the dealership hid all the small problems that turned into huge problems down the line for a person who is not car savvy)Review- Good work, good people. Located in not so busy place so it was easy to find it and to actually turn into the shop and not have to wait to pass 3 lanes of traffic. offered me a military discount which is always nice. They made my car run like its brand new. Even picked me up in their vehicle from home and took me to my bank then back to the shop. very prompt and polite. It was my first time really going to a shop and they made it a great experience. time to drive my jeep again! thanks, i would recommend this place for any fix on any vehicle.
The owner at All Tech Auto Center was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received. I brought my car in very bad condition, it was leaking transmission oil and had several other issues of which I was previously aware of. After comparing with other shops, the owner at All Tech gave me the best price by far and provided the most attention to the issues with my car. They took my car in as soon as I was ready and completed the work in a timely manner, just as they stated they would. My experience with them was very pleasant, which I am very thankful for, considering I've had negative experiences with dishonest mechanics in the past. I'm glad I found a place I feel I can trust.
