Pay attention before paying, I was overcharged $4 for truck/SUV-large Chrg to wash my compact car. These people add charges without your knowledge! Will never use this business again!!!
Took my wife's Mercedes in the morning and they did a good job for what I was paying, exterior only wash. So I took my truck in the afternoon. I can't say the wash was bad but that is not the issue. As I was looking over the vehicle, while still on the property, I noticed a brand new shiny dent. The key is shiny. Freshly exposed metal. And not extremely large but very noticeable. I pointed it out to the person showing me the truck for my inspection. He got the assistant manager Alex Soto who proceeded to tell me it was impossible that it happened there and that I was free to call the police. I told him that was a little extreme and that the damage was not a criminal matter but that didn't mean it wasn't worthy of me filing a claim. The owner then came over and told me it wasn't possible to have happened at their car wash. I explained to him that I had just walked around to that side of the truck to take off the antenna and I would have noticed the mark. It wasn't there prior and this is a new truck to me. This was the first time I got it washed. There are other minor dings although none so bad that I have exposed metal. He told me that I brought the truck there because it was dirty so I probably thought it was dirt before!!! He showed me some of the other marks and said one was probably caused by a tie down on the bed of the pickup. What does that have to do with a freshly made paint removing dent on the front side of truck? I wasn't complaining about other minor dings, only the new one. So my main complaint is the owner calling me a liar when he could obviously see this was a brand new dent. If I had concerns before about this car wash I would not have taken two vehicles there that day. I off and on I have taken my cars there for over 20 years. I think they do a fine job cleaning the vehicles but to completely disregard my concerns is a horrible practice. Instead of investigating or asking any of his employees about it the response is to just say "we didn't do it and if you say we did you are a liar".
QUICK, EASY, & CONVENIENT!!! IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!! I WAS VERY SATISFIED IN THE SERVICE AS WELL AS THE STAFF SO MUCH THAT THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT I WILL TRAVEL TO. I RECEIVED GOOD SAVING OFFERS FROM THIS LOCATION AS WELL AS HELPFUL TIPS, I WAS HELPED ON MANY OCCASIONS BY A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF ERICK BECKS HE DETAILED MY CAR TO PERFECTION I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO GO THERE LAST WEEK AND FIND OUT HE IS NO LONGER THERE. AS LONG AS THEY KEEP FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF LIKE MR. BECKS I WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE.

Paid for a car wash then when I drove up nothing happened. The owner has no information about refunds anywhere and the phone number listed online is not connected. Definitely a scam. Trying to stop payment through my bank now.
Paid and nothing happened. My card was charged and there's no phone number to call for a refund. Inexcusable.
Unprofessional Management! I went to this Carwash location for the very first time today to have my vehicle washed because someone had highly recommended this place. WRONG!!! They do not clean your vehicle properly and they also break things on your vehicle and then say that they are not responsible for the damage they caused even after they admit to doing it. The manager is also very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customer service issues. Even after explaining to him what occurred and after he investigated and determined they were at fault he reverts back to the old " We are not responsible for damage to your property" sign and gets aggressive with the customer. Fortunately for me my GoPro recorded the entire incident. Take your vehicle to a reputable location where you and your property are valued and respected. I highly recommend Mister Carwash!
Yesterday we paid for an ultimate wash with a credit card but when we drove into the wash nothing happen. We were not able to get our wash and would like a refund.
I have been going here for a long time and they do an outstanding job I would not trust just anyone to take care of my bmw
I will NOT go back to this car wash. After being long time customer (2 cars washed on average a month for the past 12 yrs), I was today treated VERY rudely by the apparent 2d in command, who said if I didn’t like what he said, I could go back on Tues and see the "GM” or owner Ron - like I have the time to do that! This 2d in command chided me in front of other customers and his crew, telling me "not to ask them to move my car to the shade to wipe off the windows" as otherwise they will streak (everyone who has ever washed a car in the sun knows that). He yelled "don't ask them to move" my car into the shade again. When I told him I was a long time customer, he said, "I don’t care, I've been here 11 years." He rudely said he had "seem me and told me this before". I told him that I had never met him before (the crew and foreman seem to turnover every month). He was arrogant and acted like they did not need my money. I assume that meant he was the owner's son so it didn't matter that I didn't like their service and implied that if I didn’t like what he said, I could just go somewhere else. I told one of the crew when I left that the old adage, the "customer is always right" didn't apply to this place and they would never see me again. I feel sorry for the young people that have to work in this place. (Signed) A dissatisfied former long time customer.
