Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service
If I could give negative stars I would! Went in to get an oil change. The guy at the service desk was not very polite; seemed annoyed. I told him I wanted to get my oil changed and asked how long the wait was (it was Sunday morning). He told me it would be about 1-1.5 hrs before they could get it in the bay. So I figured 2 hours total and said ok. 2.5 hours later I returned to see my car still parked in the spot I dropped it off at. I asked the same guy how much longer, and he said he would check. 5 minutes later he told me they would start on my car now. We're there for another HOUR before they were done. He gave me a half added excuse, saying that another tech had entered incorrect info into the the "work order" and therefore never got the paperwork for me car. Talk about unprofessional and disorganized! Not only did I have to wait 3.5 hours for something that should only take 30 minutes, they didn't even apologize for me waiting for forever, and even charged me double what I would've paid at a Lube n go! Never ever returning to this place ever again!

Bravo Cadillac
Horrible service! I took my hummer to get repaired and I come to find out that there was a national back order on the part I needed. They quickly got me into a luxurious Cadillac loaner for 2 days. I only went to work and back home. When I took it back to the dealership, Sally knight in service, practically ran to the fender and asked what I had did to the car. I was confused about what she was talking about. She wiped the dust off the vehicle and we noticed it had been scratched and it looked like someone tried to repair it with paint. I felt as if I was being set up because I did not do that. They tried to make me pay 700+ for the damage and I am so upset because I only borrowed the car for a short period of time. It was impossible for me to have done that, yet alone try and repair it and pretend I didn't do it. I am so upset. Mike Rodriguez is a jerk and threatened to charge my debit card. Don't ever shop there, they're horrible and its not the first time they give me this type of service!!

Trevino Transmissions
Awesome customer service. These guys know their stuff and they can work on just about any make of car. I changed out a transmission at my house and I just needed software updated to get rid of hard shift. The guy got right on it, he and I went on a little test drive and everything was straight. Took about 10 minutes and we were done

I visited TREX shop in El Paso TX and informed Kelly what I wanted which was a, ARE Z-series camper shell. She knew the product and recommended me from the most economical camper shell to the pricey one. I gave my $500 down payment and 10 days later I had my ARE camper shell and the other accessories I purchased installed and ready to go. No I'm not thr family member I'm a real customer from Northeast El Paso (Devils Triangle). Good customer service. Last customer with the negative review grow up. Bravo Cadillac
This business is terrible in both quality of cars and service department. When you think of cadillac you think of the best but not true for this dealership. Service department finds nothing wrong with your vehicle even when you know its not true. My new car has already 7 recalls. Would not recommend the dealer, service, or any cadillac vehicle.

Bravo Cadillac
I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade and I must say I am completely impressed with my overall experience! I found the vehicle on-line. I work in Las Cruces, NM and Bravo Cadillac of El Paso delivered the vehicle to me in Las Cruces, brought their Finance advisor with them, had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. For my follow-up care, Bravo delivered a vehicle to me, picked up mine, took care of all issues, and then delivered my Escalade back to me the next day. I will use this dealership exclusively!

Just Fix It LLC
The best I've ever seen. I've been in the car business for over 40 years and I've never met a person as good as Moroni at diagnosing vehicle issues. Especially Diesel trucks. He's a wizard. Very fair and honest.

Alameda Auto Electric
My car was making this rattling noise every time that I would step on the brakes that several other mechanics could not figure out the culprit for. i brought it here to Alameda Auto Electric and they were not only able to instantly diagnose the problem in my car, but were able to do so in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend bringing your car here.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
